The Fulton St. subway isn't hard. The entrance to the 4,5 uptown is on the south side of the street on the corner of John and Broadway. The 4,5 downtown is across broadway on fulton. YOu can get to the JMZ going to Brooklyn (metropolitan) on Fulton and Broadway north side of the street, going the other way on the south side of the street. The 2,3 entrance is in the middle of Williams street or on Fulton and Williams. And to get to the A,C I usually just go down to the Williams st entrance because it's down another level and you can't seem to get to it directly anyway.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying, I was going from the A over to the S to get to Grand Central just a few days ago and it took ages and ages, that station is a fucking disaster. I think it took me a good ten minutes, perhaps even 15, walking. It actually would've taken less time if I had gotten out of the subway and walked myself, and not MUCH longer to have just walked directly to the 4/5/6 from the A. It was ludicrious.

It strikes me that this is possibly the busiest terminal in all of the city; why is it such a frigging disaster all the time? I used to not understand what people bitched about as the two lines I most utilized there were the 1/9 transferring to the N/W which are right next door to each other, but now that my subway is the A/C and I never need to take the 7, I understand the frustration.
