Big Brother (UK 2004) - Who's in the bedsit? : thread 3

Just waiting today, for
1) Michelle and Emma to be totally shocked when the 'housemates in alphabetical order' list starts with Emma.
2) Ahmed's face also
3) and everyone elses.

Yeah, I'm guessing Emma and Michelle in the bedsit. And so begins this week's BB thread. And I can start this as I can do a fairly convincing Geordie accent.

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 11 June 2004 13:42 (twenty-one years ago)

Erm, this was NOT the agreed thread title. Can we delete and do again.

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 11 June 2004 13:46 (twenty-one years ago)

was there one? is there a consensus forum I missed?

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 11 June 2004 13:50 (twenty-one years ago)

Either: 'I'm on the blob at the minute' or 'My fanny is so hot' from memory.

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 11 June 2004 13:50 (twenty-one years ago)

be glad it's not both, enrique. still, I'd see a doctor, if I were you.

RJG (RJG), Friday, 11 June 2004 13:51 (twenty-one years ago)

'Lie on your front and think of your grandma'

N. (nickdastoor), Friday, 11 June 2004 13:53 (twenty-one years ago)

I think BB is ultimately a psychological test to determine the true nature of ILX posters.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Friday, 11 June 2004 13:53 (twenty-one years ago)

I think it unlikely that Michelle will not be in the bedsit, so all the other thread titles would actually be too old to qualify, good as they bin to you...

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 11 June 2004 13:54 (twenty-one years ago)

i'm just disappointed that none of these three muppets will actually be leaving.

g-kit (g-kit), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:01 (twenty-one years ago)

I reckon Ahmed will walk on saturday, if he isn't in the bedsit. He may well walk out of there anyway, but might well leavit a couple days...

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:05 (twenty-one years ago)

Is Ahmed really less unpopular among voters than Emma and Michelle? Why is everyone so sure he's not going to be in the bedsit?

Matt DC (Matt DC), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:08 (twenty-one years ago)

I think it's a safe bet that Ahmed will walk if he's put in the bedsit as he'll be stuck in there with either emma or michelle!
Hopefully ppl are voting better & waiting to get rid of him next week!

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:08 (twenty-one years ago)

Also, Ahmed can't even conceive of the notion that the public might choose him over the two girls - if he does stay in, we could see another change in direction for him.

But Emma and Ahmed stuck in the bedsit together would be hilarious.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:09 (twenty-one years ago)

Does the bedsit have an outside? It looked awfully claustrophobic in the footage.

Ricardo (RickyT), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:09 (twenty-one years ago)

It's the wallpaper that does it.

Madchen (Madchen), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:11 (twenty-one years ago)

Matt, because people would prefer to see Michelle and Emma in the bed-sit rather than ahmed and one of the girls.

Which means that they'll make two votes each time rather than one, putting more money in the coffers, isn't that lucky for endemol/C4.

Vicky (Vicky), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:12 (twenty-one years ago)

plus, they'd be voting to keep 2 for two weeks effectively.

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:13 (twenty-one years ago)

People just want to see them lez up, good god we are a nation of pervs.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:13 (twenty-one years ago)

Last night's mud-wrestling put me right off lez-ups.

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:14 (twenty-one years ago)

See what happens when you get what you wish for?

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:15 (twenty-one years ago)

please let it be emma and michelle, they get to nominate for the next week, so vanessa would definitely be up for eviction.

Vicky (Vicky), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:15 (twenty-one years ago)

My loathing of V has been undermined by J's psycho-ness towards her.

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:17 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh doooooooooo they? Hmmmmmmm. xpooooooooooooooooost

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:18 (twenty-one years ago)

Talk in the office is that Stuart is likely to misbehave or say bad things about Michelle once she's 'evicted' but I'm not sure he would because he'd think she might be watching from the outside and it wouldn't make him look too good to the voting public if they thought he was a loverat either.

Madchen (Madchen), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:18 (twenty-one years ago)

Will the bedsiteers get to see Diary Room entries? I know I asked this before but I didn't see an answer.

Tim (Tim), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:20 (twenty-one years ago)

And you gotta remember that they go back in after 2 weeks!

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:20 (twenty-one years ago)

I think so -- surely this is an E4 branding exercise?

xpost

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:21 (twenty-one years ago)

To be honest, the two in the bedsit will have been given a 'poison chalice' as far as then going back in the house is concerned. Yes, then they would prob vote against the 2 blondes, not Ahmed (even if not gone already).

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:22 (twenty-one years ago)

They haven't said whether they'll see the diary room entries. I would expect so, cos that'll be where any really juicy stuff comes out, and also BB will be able to prompt and question the housemates about the 'evictees'. There has been discussion on other forums that there doesn't tend to be much bitching about ex-housemates afterwards, so it would make more sense to show it to them

Vicky (Vicky), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:23 (twenty-one years ago)

Would they see nominations?

Madchen (Madchen), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:24 (twenty-one years ago)

yeah, it was like when Kitten went, it was a bit of 'what a shame' and within a couple of hours they were back to flashing their bits at each other...

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:25 (twenty-one years ago)

For all they know the extra evictee is the result of rule-breaking in the first week.

suzy (suzy), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:25 (twenty-one years ago)

Madchen, you have email - you at work?

Markelby (Mark C), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:32 (twenty-one years ago)

I missed too many episodes early on. Can someone clarify the bedsit thing to me?

Do they have any idea that when they leave they're going to the bedsit rather than being evicted? Didn't Kitten spot it when she was arsing about on the roof or something?

And do both of them return to the house or just one of them?

The prospect of Michelle seeing Stuart say something like "Thank God she's gone" and then returning with a vengeance is surely the most evil/entertaining one?

N. (nickdastoor), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:36 (twenty-one years ago)

Haven't got my Outlook open. I'm in the middle of k-boring data entry so am allowing myself a read of 1 thread per form entered. Will check it now though :)

Madchen (Madchen), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:38 (twenty-one years ago)

they did not see the bedsit - it was their imaginations as they peered through the mirrors. the bedsit is a few metres away from the house. they have no idea they are going in there. BB will play crowd sounds, and then as they head for the outer door they will be directed instead to the bedsit.

i think they can only have them in the bedsit for a matter of days - it is VERY claustrophobic crazy in there. NO natural light. they will prob be back in the house within the week and exempt from nominations the first week back. the killer is that they CAN nominate this week while absent!

heh heh. marvellous

Jaunty Alan (Alan), Friday, 11 June 2004 14:49 (twenty-one years ago)

The prospect of Michelle seeing Stuart say something like "Thank God she's gone" and then returning with a vengeance is surely the most evil/entertaining one?

The little wuss'll be bawling his eyes out if she's evicted. What would be really great was if Stuart started with one of the other girls (Nadia?) while Michelle was in the bedsit. Then she returns.

Charles Dexter (Holey), Friday, 11 June 2004 15:42 (twenty-one years ago)

I would just like to make it clear that I bear Michelle no personal animosity. I've just reached the stage with BB where I have stopped thinking of them as humans.

N. (nickdastoor), Friday, 11 June 2004 15:46 (twenty-one years ago)

I didn't know the bedsitters went BACK INTO the house afterwards. Bloody hell... that's going to be carnage!

Matt DC (Matt DC), Friday, 11 June 2004 15:50 (twenty-one years ago)

There was no carnage when Tickle returned. But I guess that's Tickle for you.

N. (nickdastoor), Friday, 11 June 2004 15:54 (twenty-one years ago)

There won't be carnage if they follow the maxim "if you can't say something nice..."

Markelby (Mark C), Friday, 11 June 2004 15:58 (twenty-one years ago)

Which gives me an idea.

Markelby (Mark C), Friday, 11 June 2004 15:58 (twenty-one years ago)

can someone confirm the 'take it up the sh!tter' comment? somehow.

cozen (Cozen), Friday, 11 June 2004 16:06 (twenty-one years ago)

Will your world be shattered if it turns out not to be true?

El Diablo Robotico (Nicole), Friday, 11 June 2004 16:07 (twenty-one years ago)

do your own dirty work, cozen.

RJG (RJG), Friday, 11 June 2004 16:08 (twenty-one years ago)

owie

Ronan (Ronan), Friday, 11 June 2004 16:13 (twenty-one years ago)

Now there's a talent.

Markelby (Mark C), Friday, 11 June 2004 16:15 (twenty-one years ago)

"Why did they vote for me? Do you think it's because I fart a lot?"

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Friday, 11 June 2004 19:29 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh sorry, didn't see this thread. Repost -

Thoughts on the fake eviction?

CLASSIC OR CLASSIC?!

Those two girls are going to give us so much entertainment in there these next few days. Highlights -

Emma doing laps of the room
Emma's tits falling out about 6 times in her excitement
Michelle showing a bit of intelligence and a cool head against all expectations. Well, in comparison to Emma anyway
Michelle explaining what BB meant on the laminate by repeating the sentence word for word!
Michelle kissing the screen when Stu appeared. "He's got a tear for me!" Pure melodrama.

Crackity (Crackity Jones), Friday, 11 June 2004 20:39 (twenty-one years ago)

Victor: "When the grass is cut, the snakes will show". Whattatwat.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Friday, 11 June 2004 20:40 (twenty-one years ago)

No, Michelle did have to explain what "re-enter" meant.

Markelby (Mark C), Friday, 11 June 2004 20:49 (twenty-one years ago)

They were so sweet in their inability to perceive that 90% of what they're going to hear is the stuff that normal life keeps us protected from. Poor cows.

Markelby (Mark C), Friday, 11 June 2004 20:50 (twenty-one years ago)

CLASSIC: Michelle reading the bit that said they might get evicted if the other housemates discover them, and shouting EMMA DO YOU UNDERSTAND?

Emma suddenly going "hang on, we're not being evicted?" about five minutes later, and high-fiving.

caitlin (caitlin), Friday, 11 June 2004 20:53 (twenty-one years ago)

tits everywhere.

jed_ (jed), Friday, 11 June 2004 20:56 (twenty-one years ago)

stage 1: watching big brother
stage 2: watching people watching big brother
stage 3: ?

jed_ (jed), Saturday, 12 June 2004 16:33 (twenty-one years ago)

i had the same thought last night, jed

don (don), Saturday, 12 June 2004 16:38 (twenty-one years ago)

3. watching the crew of big brother.

Oh that's happened already

jellybean (jellybean), Saturday, 12 June 2004 16:43 (twenty-one years ago)

Okay, what's going on with Emma and Victor? Last night he claimed that she had used the n-word eight times in his presence -- which upset her a lot. But C4 wouldn't confirm or disconfirm the allegation. I can believe that she said she wouldn't go out with a black man, as Victor also said, but without context the other accusation is very harmful. Any E4 viewers know the full story?

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:31 (twenty-one years ago)

I saw some of BB this morning, it hurt me in my head-brane. If not this year, then surely next year the classic Glasto Rumour will have to be that they killed someone on it.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:35 (twenty-one years ago)

from what was implied last night it sounds like there was a discussion about unacceptable words where one can imagine emma using the word, in the context of such a discussion, rather than as, "oh look, a n*****" (points at victor)...

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:36 (twenty-one years ago)

Madchen was watching the live feed and said Emma got all upset watching Victor say things about her being stupid on the screen, culminating in her saying "I'm not a racist, I'm not a racist". The sound had been cut before so Madchen thought this was because of Emma regretting having just used some racist term, rather than any allegation of racism from Victor. Your information throws new light upon it.

N. (nickdastoor), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:37 (twenty-one years ago)

I think Victor said she's said the n-word on the first night, ie not during the argument, but I'm not 100% sure. Messy.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:39 (twenty-one years ago)

yes, on the C4 round-up show last night, which was STILL psychologist-free, may i add, marcus said that there had been a discussion on the first night, which (i thought) victor was referring to, but out of context...

however, victor in the shower, CLASSIC.

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:40 (twenty-one years ago)

Big Brother to spark race riots?

N. (nickdastoor), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:41 (twenty-one years ago)

That's exactly what it was from what I understand.

Emma watching sad Maerco last night with a silent tear running down her cheek was an amazingly sad moment last night.

I hate Victor so much, and Jason - both will be out soon though methinks

chris (chris), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:42 (twenty-one years ago)

Is there some kind of shrink industrial action or what?

Btw Dermot is the fucking MANG.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:43 (twenty-one years ago)

Why is he now 'sad Marco'? I seem to be behind again.

N. (nickdastoor), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:44 (twenty-one years ago)

I have a growing, gnawing sense of discomfort watching it recently. Especially since Emma and Michelle went into the bedsit. I haven't fully analysed what this sense is about, but it's quite disconcerting. It almost feels like some line has been crossed?

penelope_111, Monday, 14 June 2004 08:47 (twenty-one years ago)

I know just what you mean, but I'm riding with it. It's EVIL.

N. (nickdastoor), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:48 (twenty-one years ago)

Marco is sad because his two bestest friends are gone, and he's a complete drama queen

chris (chris), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:48 (twenty-one years ago)

What of victor's "Us four together vs them two in front of Ahmed" ting?

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:49 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, it crossed the line with Michelle squirting stuff on her baps.

But I'm sure there's something to be said for riding it out. I think the moral panic is absurd in the context of Our Times.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:50 (twenty-one years ago)

There was a discussion where Emma said she had gone out with black guys and had some black friends who called her 'white bitch' for laughs.

Then I think she said the N word in the bedsit (the one with an A, not an R, at the end) when cold-showering Victor.

suzy (suzy), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:50 (twenty-one years ago)

They were doing mock-gangsta speak, which was cringe-worthy, but prolly not actually racist, in the bedsit.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:52 (twenty-one years ago)

Reality TV to blame for littering says Keep Britain Tidy group.

N. (nickdastoor), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:54 (twenty-one years ago)

if victor is allowed to do mock-gangsta, they all should be allowed to.

RJG (RJG), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:54 (twenty-one years ago)

N, that is genius.

Its I'm Just a Teenage Dirtbag report found teenagers believe they are individuals with little or no connection to society and even less faith in authority.

The study of 13 to 16-year-olds from all social and ethnic backgrounds also criticised advertisers for turning youngsters into frenzied consumers who want, buy, listen to Iron Maiden, then throw away.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 08:57 (twenty-one years ago)

This is making me remember the rant in Crackpot by John Waters where he suggests that YOUR LITTER creates a LIVING WAGE for someone else.

I don't litter but I always leave a 'finished' newspaper behind on public transport for another reader. I got an almighty tutting from some pearl necklace woman for doing this once and retorted 'you'd be really pleased if it was the Mail, you Home Counties day-pass retard.'

suzy (suzy), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:05 (twenty-one years ago)

How is Ahmed reacting to being kept in? As far as he knows, he is more popular than both Emma and Michelle on the outside.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:18 (twenty-one years ago)

He seems to be happy and bonding with people now.

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:20 (twenty-one years ago)

I almost skipped last night's show because I thought it would mostly repeat the Fri and Sat live broadcasts. I'm glad I didn't. A more fascinating hour of TV I could not imagine. The bedsit thing has worked better than even C4 were hoping, I think. Markelby OTM upthread however - and quickly proved right with both Emma and Michelle in tears in the diary room last night.

Psychologists seem to have been relegated to BBLB this year. Good. C4 are rightly concentrating on all the action.

zebedee (zebedee), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:29 (twenty-one years ago)

p.s. the "middle class recidivists" [(c)Enrique] are very quiet today. still shocked by the naked lawn mowing?

zebedee (zebedee), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:31 (twenty-one years ago)

The bedsit thing has made for terrifyingly good television so far. Even the shots of them doing nothing but looking silently at the screen were interesting.

Best BB gimmick ever?

Ricardo (RickyT), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:31 (twenty-one years ago)

Do you really think so? During the quiet spells when the two of 'em are just gawping at the tv screen, hanging on to the other housemates' every word, I just thought, bollox, this is boring and then I thought erm, yeah, I'd NEVER do that.

penelope_111, Monday, 14 June 2004 09:35 (twenty-one years ago)

I WISH I had E4.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:37 (twenty-one years ago)

Have neither of them suggested that it might be an idea not to watch it (err.. morally as well as for their own good?). Is that impractical?

N. (nickdastoor), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:39 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh, they'll do that right after Emma gets her doctorate in Lacanian analysis, okay?

suzy (suzy), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:41 (twenty-one years ago)

They did not strike me (admittedly after only 10-15 minutes viewing) as two people with a particularly strong grasp on morals, or self-sufficiency. Or humanity.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:43 (twenty-one years ago)

Vanessa and Jason up a tree!

Sarah (starry), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:53 (twenty-one years ago)

So when she said she wouldn't have any romantic entanglements in the house she was fibbing?! Or was it a case of covering her back in case jason didn't want her?

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Monday, 14 June 2004 09:55 (twenty-one years ago)

A classic example of "no no no oh go on then"

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 14 June 2004 10:04 (twenty-one years ago)

Fuck knows why she kissed him, I just see a Weegie one of these whenever I look at him:

http://www.skipublishing.com/b2b/scooby/the_gang/fred_wazzzup.gif

suzy (suzy), Monday, 14 June 2004 10:07 (twenty-one years ago)

I find it interesting that Michelle and Emma find it so easy to 'hate' their fellow contestants, just 20 feet away, because they now appear on a tv screen.

I hope they march into the house like angry Trisha guests and start a-screaming and a-hollerin' at them for saying nasty things about them and then slowly, very very slowly, realise what they've been doing for the past week and then die and then it turns out Michelle was actually a robot. Emma was human, all too human.

Big Brother Psychologist, Monday, 14 June 2004 10:14 (twenty-one years ago)

Hi, I know this is lazy, but can someone explain to me what the fallout of E & M watching the rest of the housemates has been? Who's said nasty things? How have E & M changed their views? Who has betrayed who? Okthxbye

Markelby (Mark C), Monday, 14 June 2004 10:19 (twenty-one years ago)

I find it interesting that Michelle and Emma find it so easy to 'hate' their fellow contestants, just 20 feet away, because they now appear on a tv screen.

And because
-A person one of them was close to is putting it about
-Another of them is imputing racism to one of the bedsitters
-They are in a 'gameshow' in which the idea is to 'win' by getting the public 'on-side' by doing funny shit like giving Victor cold showers.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 10:20 (twenty-one years ago)

What RJG said - if victor's a gangsta, they can all be, surely.

Emma will definately win now.

jed_ (jed), Monday, 14 June 2004 10:54 (twenty-one years ago)

Last night was fucking darkside. Very uncomforatble watching.

Anna (Anna), Monday, 14 June 2004 11:57 (twenty-one years ago)

Please tell me more, Anna (I'm serious, I'd really appreciate it).

Markelby (Mark C), Monday, 14 June 2004 11:58 (twenty-one years ago)

it was the sight of Emma and Michelle cracking up, especially Emma.

chris (chris), Monday, 14 June 2004 11:59 (twenty-one years ago)

But what were they cracking up at? Who said nasty things?

Markelby (Mark C), Monday, 14 June 2004 11:59 (twenty-one years ago)

Which bit was darkside? We still haven't cleared up what Victor was talking about wrt Emma.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:00 (twenty-one years ago)

the whole tyhing, the only tbhing they can do in that bedsit os watch the others.

Victor twisted an arguement he had with emma to make it sound like she called him by the N word several times for one thing - this caused her to go ballistic, in the most horrible snotty way. I'm rather worried about her

chris (chris), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:01 (twenty-one years ago)

I didn't find it too dark. Either I am jaded or ur all corny.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:01 (twenty-one years ago)

X-Post

victor had a huge bitch fest to Stuart, accusing emma of being racist, saying that Emma used the word nig**r 11 times on the 1st night, then on another occassion told him that she would never date a black man. Of course going on all the time too about how stupid she was. It was a vindicitve spiel, and of course she heard every word, and got incredibly upset. I'm surprised they showed it, but I imagine there's footage they cut out of her even more upset.

Vicky (Vicky), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:03 (twenty-one years ago)

Michelle is going even more bunny boiler watching any female housemate even talk to 'Stuypants'. 'Yes, that's right, all the female housemates get out of the hot tub now.'

Emma got very upset with Victor basically calling her a racist and started pacing the room frantically saying 'get me out of this fucking room, Big Brother, please get me out of this fukcing room' over and over in a kind of desperate monotone and banging on the diary room door.

They both ended up in tears, sobbing to the diary room camera. It was fairly horrible.

Anna (Anna), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:04 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm still not convinced that Michelle deserves all the bunny-boiler remarks.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:06 (twenty-one years ago)

she gets a look in her eye sometimes, and is very very posessive. She's still one of my faves though

chris (chris), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:07 (twenty-one years ago)

darkside, as in, the people in the bedsit are suffering more than the people in the house as they are hearing the others talking about them, to the point where one of them may crack...

also michelle's hackles are rising whenever any of the remaining women come within about 10 foot of stuart...

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:08 (twenty-one years ago)

She really did last night. The looks of pure menace directed at Shell, Vanessa etc for just being near Stuart were quite frightening.

Anna (Anna), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:08 (twenty-one years ago)

Thanks everyone! I can empathise with Michelle on that, I think.

Markelby (Mark C), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:08 (twenty-one years ago)

Michelle is freaking me out and I'm only reading the website.

VengaDan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:09 (twenty-one years ago)

Although it appears to be a great idea (the bedsit i mean) I think it would actually be awful for those in there. As someone said upthread, you usually don't get to hear ppl bitching about you & to hear every single word of it, well I am not surprised that they both got upset.

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:14 (twenty-one years ago)

The looks of pure menace directed at Shell, Vanessa etc for just being near Stuart were quite frightening.

Yeah, but in context -- she is locked in a room w/out distraction or natural light, with a complete dimwit for company. Emma also gets in tizzies about what's on-screen, and I don't think M is being weird in finding Stuart a disloyal twat.

TS: Getting upset because someone called you a racist on national TV vs Getting upset because the guy you've been macking on has lotion rubbed into his hands by another woman on national TV

VengaDan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:20 (twenty-one years ago)

hahaha fair point guv.

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:25 (twenty-one years ago)

I am sort of sorry that TV Go Home isn't around to see this.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:29 (twenty-one years ago)

But, the thing is Emma can rail in Michelle's paranoia, and Michelle can maybe suggest more practical responses than going up to victor and having a good shout like last time. My guess is that when they go back in the house, some subtle stuff will be applied Victor's way. And as soon as Stuart sees Michelle again, his first response will be the one that counts...

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:30 (twenty-one years ago)

There's about a hair's breadth of difference between TV Go Home and Charlie Brooker's Guide columns.

With Michelle it's the 'are you OK, what's wrong, I want a kiss, pay attention to MEEEEE!' nagging thing that's put people off.

suzy (suzy), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:34 (twenty-one years ago)

point taken

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:36 (twenty-one years ago)

Its going to be fantastic when they let Emma and Michelle back into the house.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:38 (twenty-one years ago)

What else have they done apart from cold shower Victor? What exactly can they do?

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Monday, 14 June 2004 12:39 (twenty-one years ago)

they have just cooked the housemates a chocolate cake.......

...that's Jason SAFE, I should have said...

suzy (suzy), Monday, 14 June 2004 13:05 (twenty-one years ago)

i dare say he may get fucked soon though.

HEaring a load of folk talk about you is bound to fuck you up to a degree - i hope channel4 have thought this out psychologically, it could have a very bad effect on both girls, especially emma by the looks of things. I agree with chris, it's slightly worrying.

jed_ (jed), Monday, 14 June 2004 19:34 (twenty-one years ago)

Of course it is, that's because it's EVIL Big Brother. How many times?

N. (nickdastoor), Monday, 14 June 2004 19:58 (twenty-one years ago)

hahaha, michelle just said the stuff on top of the chocolate cake was "ice-in-ing" which, is , of course, the correct pronunciation, like.

i am now waiting for the housemates to eat it...

Enrique (Enrique), Monday, 14 June 2004 20:34 (twenty-one years ago)

michelle not happy about "naked jacuzzi", neither about stuart calling chelle "michelle".

michelle: no naked jacuzzi
emma: why are you worried about naked jacuzzi?
michelle: cos they'll be naaaked in the jacuuuuzzi!

Fuck kissing, let's fuck.

N. (nickdastoor), Monday, 14 June 2004 20:46 (twenty-one years ago)

I have found that talking like Michelle is a new and fun way to truly disturb Toby.

Anna (Anna), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:12 (twenty-one years ago)

Last night was EVEN BETTER. I am kind of astounded at how much I am loving this. Emma in particular is extraordinarily watchable when she's watching.

Jason's chat up technique was about as smooth as sandpaper. Telling someone that you think they're childish = way to no one's heart, I would have thought, yet still he pulls. Sorta.

Ricardo (RickyT), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:12 (twenty-one years ago)

Anna, that is EVIL.

Ricardo (RickyT), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:16 (twenty-one years ago)

Aw chicken, dohn't sey that.

Anna (Anna), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:17 (twenty-one years ago)

I was just sitting there last night saying to myself "They've done it - they've made this into the best television programme ever made."

I am looking forward to seeing Annachelle perform at Glastonbury.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:17 (twenty-one years ago)

Michelle explaining to Emma that they can eat whenever they like was another highlight.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:19 (twenty-one years ago)

Ah'm maykin' chicken Stoooooooo....

(Anna is in the top five mimics I've heard in my life. Toby is probably very agitated and disturbed by now)

suzy (suzy), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:23 (twenty-one years ago)

Jason's chat up technique was about as smooth as sandpaper. Telling someone that you think they're childish = way to no one's heart, I would have thought, yet still he pulls. Sorta.

I was sitting there thinking "This is as bad as me!". I think Vanessa was sitting there thinking "I hope this is over soon so I can get to the putting my hands in his pants bit".

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:27 (twenty-one years ago)

vanessa is silly and jason is suddenly more and more disgusting.

RJG (RJG), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:28 (twenty-one years ago)

and so is nick.

RJG (RJG), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:28 (twenty-one years ago)

In all the 'lets make them look as hypocritical as possible' editing, I got confused as to whether or not Marco was actually taking the piss when he was going on about Vanessa's tattoo being beautiful. Can anyone clarify?

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:30 (twenty-one years ago)

Ow God, I was in the room while it was on but was busy with the shitting interweb. And N says best show ever. Let's hope they keep it up. I am adoring BBLB anyway. Dermot should replace Davina (who'se really lost it, post-Cilla makeover).

Enrique (Enrique), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 07:32 (twenty-one years ago)

Um, as Michelle says, they'll both get nominated up, the week they are eligible. So, unless one or more other HM's get the same votes, it could be 'up' for one or the other...

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:13 (twenty-one years ago)

Going into the bedsit was the single best thing that could happen to Michelle and Emma, they will go miles in the game now, due to massive sympathy vote. Even I'm warming to them.

Who does the nominations this week? It'd be pretty cool if M&E got to choose the housemates up for eviction.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:17 (twenty-one years ago)

M&E do get nominations, but i think everyone else does too.

this could lead, of course, to mathematically impossible (to those left in the house) numbers of people up for nomination, but somehow i doubt any of them would spot...

meg tried the michelle accent thing once, but the look of abject horror on my face means she hasn't tried again...

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:25 (twenty-one years ago)

whether or not Marco was actually taking the piss when he was going on about Vanessa's tattoo being beautiful. Can anyone clarify?
I think YOU DECIDE. Though for my money there was a millimetre's eyebrow (well I say eyebrow, more top bit of eyesocket) action that seemed to be a private "yeah right" (to self) sort of thing.

Jaunty Alan (Alan), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:27 (twenty-one years ago)

I was thinking about the numbers up for nomination thing as well. They did work out last week that Michelle must have got at least three votes to have been up for nomination.

Vicky (Vicky), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:27 (twenty-one years ago)

was it the one on her back, cos meg says that's a SLIPKNOT logo apparently...

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:28 (twenty-one years ago)

Is anyone still denying that this is the best BB ever at this point?

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:28 (twenty-one years ago)

Not me. Yet it is the one I have watched least.

I did a Michelle impression at work the other day and I was somewhat shocked at how good it was.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:32 (twenty-one years ago)

If BB was truly evil it would get all the HM to nominate, but ignore them all apart from E+M's.

Ricardo (RickyT), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:37 (twenty-one years ago)

Even I'm warming to them.

Explain please. I know my misanthropy grows with each passing day, but I can't imagine feeling empathy for them after seeing them clapping like three years olds at turning someone's shower cold.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:38 (twenty-one years ago)

haha, I don't understand----the shower went COLD.

RJG (RJG), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:38 (twenty-one years ago)

(Anna is in the top five mimics I've heard in my life. Toby is probably very agitated and disturbed by now)

too fucking right. it was very, very wrong.

so, i've finally seen big brother 5! and it was even better than i'd been hoping/expecting. amazing stuff. i need to find a pub that shows it after the football.

toby (tsg20), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:38 (twenty-one years ago)

they did because it is FUNNY. also victor's reaction was FUNNY. rather than just getting on with a cold shower he was whinging about it...

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:40 (twenty-one years ago)

If only Victor had got to the cake first (oh, the suspense of that moment). I think sooner or later the man will become a paranoid basket case.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:40 (twenty-one years ago)

(big xpost) Yeah, but that would be 'victor' and 'Jason' up for nom, upon which a big rat would be smelled by the four 'guys together' (who by the way did get a warning from BB for discussing noms, but by then the seed was sowed)

Anyhow, even if they do work out the numbers, Em and Mi would be virtually back in the house by then...

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:41 (twenty-one years ago)

I can't imagine feeling empathy for them after seeing them clapping like three years olds at turning someone's shower cold.

a) it was Victor, who'd been a dick about Emma, and b) it wasn't funny enough cos he wasn't really mid-shower when it happened

Enrique (Enrique), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:41 (twenty-one years ago)

c) and by yesterday, he was smiling about it, and asked Marco for the pool anyhow.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:42 (twenty-one years ago)

The great thing about the bedsit is that those of us sitting alone and watching BB at home get ready-made company to watch with. And not just any company: each cut to the bedsit is a blast of the ideal BB watching companions, excitable young ladies with an intimate grasp of what's going on in the house. It's genius, they're like canned laughter which has been made part of the story.

Tim (Tim), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:43 (twenty-one years ago)

I was hoping that the title of this thread might be 'NOOOOOOOOOO NAKED JACUZZI!!'. Michelle is the best.

The bed-sit experience can only help Emma and Michelle as far as the public are concerned. We're sitting there, watching the housemates with them, and they're making the same sort of sarky remarks as we'd make. They'll get a lot of empathy for that. And yes, they are the same remarks as far as I'm concerned, I'm probably not that much more capable of intelligent dialogue than Emma when I'm slumped in front of reality TV. Even when Emma is screaming at the television, you get angry for her, rather than with her as previously.

Its damn good, isn't it? How long are they in there for?

hobart paving (hobart paving), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:44 (twenty-one years ago)

One bit, where Vanessa complained about something, I was "Umm, I don't get it?" at which point Michelle explained to Emma (and me) exactly what it was about. Cheers.

On a separate note:

This is the best Big Brother chat board/thread. The official one was where I 'hung' last time, but it was a) too big b) too full of just basic abuse and c) too full of rubbish guesses passed as 'fact'.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 08:45 (twenty-one years ago)

well done ladies:

They aren't really being subtle enough about this. Something invisible to the naked eye but nasty-rash inducing would have been more effective. Some of that chilli powder, perhaps. Big Brother is not EVIL so much as a little bit childish.

hobart paving (hobart paving), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:00 (twenty-one years ago)

Chilli powder being, technically, not very invisible, but never mind..

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:12 (twenty-one years ago)

Who else hopes Stuart and Shell get it on in the house before Friday? The resulting catty standoff once Michelle gets back into the house could be hilarious.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:33 (twenty-one years ago)

i think it would be more likely to be murderous...

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:35 (twenty-one years ago)

cozen (Cozen), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:56 (twenty-one years ago)

what was the incident that we didn't see between shell and ahmed?

cozen (Cozen), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:56 (twenty-one years ago)

WITH SEXY RESULTZZZ!!! (except probably not)

William Bloody Swygart (mrswygart), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:57 (twenty-one years ago)

oh come on, what's to like about Shell really? she's nothing. A simpering hippie who doesn't mind getting her kit off once in a while to prance aboutthe garden? exacltly like someone else said - she's a more attractive Elizabeth, and she was as dull as ditchwater too.

chris (chris), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:57 (twenty-one years ago)

She's 'nice'.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:58 (twenty-one years ago)

chris (chris), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:59 (twenty-one years ago)

she's not all that but she's nice.

RJG (RJG), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 09:59 (twenty-one years ago)

am I falling in love with emma?

shell is nice, agreed.

cozen (Cozen), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:00 (twenty-one years ago)

is the problem that she's the apotheosis of 'nice' and brings with her all that that word brings?

cozen (Cozen), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:00 (twenty-one years ago)

get your eyes off emma you cad

chris (chris), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:01 (twenty-one years ago)

Shell seems pretty genuine, and sincere and she isn't going around slagging off everyone in the house without good reason. Which probably makes her a nice person, but not as interesting to watch on television as THE REAL MICHELLE!

so your 'she's nothing' comment seems harsh on a personal level. It does seem like she's being edited against right now as well, but she isn't the most interesting person in that house to watch.

hobart paving (hobart paving), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:02 (twenty-one years ago)

Shell is 'not' 'nice'. i.e. She's nice enough. The 'I wouldn't do that in here' speech is more the 'I dunno if I would' path to the 'let's snog in the room with the smoked wall partitions' speech.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:03 (twenty-one years ago)

she's one of those housemates that in two years time we'll be asking "which year did she do it then? I can't really remember her"

ok, nothing may have been harsh, but she's definitely in a supporting role

chris (chris), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:04 (twenty-one years ago)

sometimes I prefer people, in supporting roles.

RJG (RJG), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:05 (twenty-one years ago)

she's not entertaining enough (for entertaining, read 'unbalanced')

g-kit (g-kit), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:06 (twenty-one years ago)

Everyone will remember her for the episode when The Real Michelle comes back into the house and SCRATCHES HER EYES OUT! Stuart, meanwhile, looks bewildered.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:10 (twenty-one years ago)

hahahaha. the real michelle is now my fave. have gone off victor -- we need another kofi annan moment. perhaps w/ tonight's noms we might get one.

ENRQ (Enrique), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:14 (twenty-one years ago)

...all you other michelles are just... ringing... bells....

ok, forget it.

g-kit (g-kit), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:15 (twenty-one years ago)

Emma is like Worzel Gummidge minus the comedy heads. Michelle's psychosis is kind of annoying too. I hope they both are voted off sooner rather than later.

Ronan (Ronan), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:19 (twenty-one years ago)

I thought the moment with emmma watching marco was sad.

I also like the way emma isn't pandering to michelle's insecurity but still being friendly.

michelle said something funny about discretion too. I can't remember the exact line.

the night with the mud-wrestling I laughed a whole 15 mins. solid at the tv, I don't think I've done this in a while.

it may just be me - but it's a touch surprising that emma and michelle don't seem to have a conscience about their nastiness. and I don't think N. was silly to query their lack of attempt at a moral decision. (nb: I'd still watch it, if I were in the bedsit.)

cozen (Cozen), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:19 (twenty-one years ago)

michelle said something funny about discretion too. I can't remember the exact line.

They were reading the rules, and Emma didn't understand one bit (something like 'the way you'll be dealt with if you break the rules will be at Big Brother's discretion'), Emma asked the real Michelle what it meant, and the real Michelle said 'it means that if you break the rules, then the way you'll be dealt with is at Big Brother's discretion'. That kind of thing.

Enrique (Enrique), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:24 (twenty-one years ago)

you laughed though, right?

cozen (Cozen), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:26 (twenty-one years ago)

If they have advance warning of when they will go back, they may well ponder the moral implications. Certainly they will ponder how to 'deal' with Victor, face to face. My bet, also, is Michelle snogging Stuart's face off within 3 mins of re-entry. That's re-entry in the house, obv.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 10:29 (twenty-one years ago)

I can't stop thinking of the phrase 'diminished responsibility' when I see Emma these days.

OTM - i think she is emotionally intelligent at times... or CAN BE at any rate.

jed_ (jed), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 11:21 (twenty-one years ago)

Her 'audition' mentioned how someone asked her if she knew what a homosexual was, she replies "someone who has sex with a person of the same sex" and on told "no its someone who has sex at home" replied "REALLY?"

That is Emma in a nut, Michelle.

Chilli powder, itching powder...

I think Emma and Michelle are spying on US, too..

This is going to backfire on them, now. The people in the house aren't (for the most part) stupid and will know that somehow the two 'evictees' have been involved.

Dan: I do not know what do to if someone has a panic attack.
Victor: Dontcha just give 'em a slap or somethin'?

caitlin (caitlin), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:48 (twenty-one years ago)

They're all going nuts one by one!

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:50 (twenty-one years ago)

I found it quite disturbing that they all thought (or pretended to think) Nadia had gone off to have a cry because she doesn't have cigarettes, not because they were discussing sex changes in front of her, oh no.

Madchen (Madchen), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:50 (twenty-one years ago)

They obviously don't realise! I thought they were just being wankers, but unless they're all in group denial they obviously just think she's a bit manly looking.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:51 (twenty-one years ago)

Shell got very angry due to nicotine deprivation. And Victor said Dan was the second most intelligent person in the house - after Victor!

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:51 (twenty-one years ago)

No they don't. Marco twigged on about day 2. (xpost)

Madchen (Madchen), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:52 (twenty-one years ago)

Marco, yes - but he's not sure, is he? Has he said it to anyone else? I think actually they are in group denial - I bet most of them have suspected it but don't want to be the one to say it to the others.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:53 (twenty-one years ago)

Several have speculated about Nadia being transsexual, and I thought the conversation may have been a fishing expedition, so it's weird that it didn't occur to them that that was why Nadia was upset.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:54 (twenty-one years ago)

I mean usually people who've switched are pretty open about it so she probably feels it might be too late to tell them without making them feel like shit. It's obviously not something you'd ask someone new about themselves unbidden.

suzy (suzy), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:54 (twenty-one years ago)

The subject might come up as a result of a subconscious realization, in the same way that my parents *unfailingly* bring up the subject of mental health (and their rebarbative views on it) in *exactly* the wrong company (not that there is any 'right' company for it).

Enrique (Enrique), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:54 (twenty-one years ago)

I thought when the blokes were making nasty jokes about her chin and shaving in the dorm they were showing they knew, but now I realise that if they were, there would have been more conversations about it.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:54 (twenty-one years ago)

Shell has gone absolutely menko!

The egg thing was a bit crappy really. It would have been much better to have just dampened the mattress before he went to bed.

Ricardo (RickyT), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:55 (twenty-one years ago)

I like Shell more than ever, btw. I wonder what fellow pro-Sheller Barry makes of her now she's gone all nicotine on him.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:55 (twenty-one years ago)

I like her now post-cigs fit. I partly withdraw my 'middle-class recidicist' taunt. Martin Skidmore's first post compared Marco with An ILX0r -- which?

Enrique (Enrique), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:57 (twenty-one years ago)

Emma and Michelle not as entertaining as yesterday, but Michelle's obsession with squirting anything on he breasts contributes to the air of general delirium.

so it's weird that it didn't occur to them that that was why Nadia was upset.

Exactly.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:58 (twenty-one years ago)

Italics attack - sorry.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 20:59 (twenty-one years ago)

Enrique, the instant first impression of a very camp bald half-Italian man reminded me of Marc C - if you've not met him, you wouldn't see it. I think those of us who have fapped in London knew who I meant, but the similarities go no deeper than those few adjectives above, really. Marc C does not do the annoying clappy thing, for instance.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 21:00 (twenty-one years ago)

I wish he would. Let's lobby him.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 21:01 (twenty-one years ago)

The eggs thing would have been better if they hadn't all been gathered in the living room when it was done. If somebody had snuck in quickly while they'd been lying about the house and garden there'd have been accusations flying all over the place - much more fun.

Madchen (Madchen), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 21:01 (twenty-one years ago)

"She says we're immature."

<crappy voice that sounds a bit like Cartman>
"Oh, that's so immature."
</crappy voice that sounds a bit like Cartman>

"Take that, chick."

aldo_cowpat (aldo_cowpat), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 21:02 (twenty-one years ago)

MArtin: Yeah, I half-knew that's who, but I had a mental pic of Mark that was very much the hardmang...

Enrique (Enrique), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 21:03 (twenty-one years ago)

If somebody had snuck in quickly while they'd been lying about the house and garden there'd have been accusations flying all over the place - much more fun.

I was thinking it would be good if they gave them all (or a few at a time) an opportunity in the diary room to play dirty tricks on anyone they wanted. That way, carnage might ensue.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 15 June 2004 21:04 (twenty-one years ago)

Is it so wrong that I want to postpone my life till BB is over?

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 07:38 (twenty-one years ago)

agree about the eggs in the bed thing falling flat

in fact the one crap thing about BB5 is "Evil Big Brother" - we really don't need it this year of all years

zebedee (zebedee), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 07:41 (twenty-one years ago)

B-but - no 'evil' no bedsit, surely?

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 07:42 (twenty-one years ago)

i've led a sheltered life but is the cake ic(in)ing bra thing usual when you lock two girls in a room together for three days?

and what's with the cigarettes? is that it until the end of the series or just until the next shopping list? shell going menko was good, shell going menko over cigarettes was bad.

koogs (koogs), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 07:47 (twenty-one years ago)

I don't think she was going menko over nicotine withdrawal. I've never seen anyone act like that - she's not even a heavy smoker.

i've led a sheltered life but is the cake ic(in)ing bra thing usual when you lock two girls in a room together for three days?

This is what the scientists are trying to discover. They really should leave them in there longer.

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 07:52 (twenty-one years ago)

(bear in mind that Michelle wants to make it as a glamour model, and that Emma is very much 'wherever-she-has-gone-I-have-gone')

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 07:55 (twenty-one years ago)

I missed this whole Shell thing - once again, can someone update me?

(and I'm surprised no-one's photoshopped my head onto Marco's - perhaps they think the similarity is so obvious that it's a pointless task)

Markelby (Mark C), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:07 (twenty-one years ago)

Nadia has run out of cigarettes (till when, I don't know). She is struggling without them, and everyone was sitting around talking about this. Jason took the piss out of her plight and made some smug comment about it being nice and smoke free in the house. Shell told him he was being insensitive and after a while ran out and had a cushion throwing barney about it in the snug, screaming about him being such a wanker about it and wishing that someone would 'piss on his head'.

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:22 (twenty-one years ago)

Is that how people react when I get hoity-toity about smoking?

Markelby (Mark C), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:23 (twenty-one years ago)

Yes, Barry.

Ricardo (RickyT), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:23 (twenty-one years ago)

I just piss on your head directly.

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:24 (twenty-one years ago)

smoking stuff:
http://bigbrother.channel4.com/bigbrother/news/newsstory.jsp?id=5809
http://bigbrother.channel4.com/bigbrother/news/newsstory.jsp?id=5801
http://bigbrother.channel4.com/bigbrother/news/newsstory.jsp?id=5822

shell's rampage consisted of lots of throwing pillows around in the snug whilst shouting surreal insults at jason (see above). contrary to what nick says above shell is rarely seen without a cigarette in her hand. she even smokes in the jacuzzi. it's most unflattering.

(i'm with barry on the cigarettes thing)

koogs (koogs), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:29 (twenty-one years ago)

all of us, at one point or another, have found ourselves covered in piss. Right ronan?

Jaunty Alan (Alan), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:31 (twenty-one years ago)

would you not go out with someone, because they smoked?

RJG (RJG), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:32 (twenty-one years ago)

It would be a big black mark against them, certainly. But pretty much everyone I've been out with has been an occasional smoker or an occasionally lapsing ex-smoker.

Markelby (Mark C), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:35 (twenty-one years ago)

shell went crazy in the weird little room (sorry dont know the name) thrpowing cusshions around then finally smashing more shit, shouting about jasons fake tan and how, as quoted above, she should "piss on his face". then vanessa tried to comfort her really badly, but i think the other housemates (inc. jason) could hear them. This was all happening while nadia was in the bog crying.

But i think shell wasnt just upset due to nicotine withdrawal, although that played a part. I think it was more just an out burst following a total repression of her feelings, and seeing as jason is the most annoying (maybe) of the really fucking annoying h/ms (victor, jason, marco, stewart maybe), she took it out on him. I think they had been laughing at nadia about not being able to smoke, and she was pissed off about how smug they were about it. it wasnt just about her own wanting fags. I mean, she went properly crazy. that would be pretty extreme withdrawal symptoms.

ambrose (ambrose), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:36 (twenty-one years ago)

oh woops someone explained it all while i was typing that out, xpost

ambrose (ambrose), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:37 (twenty-one years ago)

"This is Big Brother. Jason, your bed has now been skankified with the usage of eggs and water."

Michelle is genius. And horrible. All at the same time.

"Stuart, stop purring".

Tim (Tim), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:55 (twenty-one years ago)

Shell's mentalism was very odd, I didn't think she had it in her. I like the way Vanessa's idea of being comforting is to tell Shell sternly that she "needs to stop shouting now", which made her shout even more.

This thread reminds me that I need to watch BB more.

The Lex (The Lex), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 08:59 (twenty-one years ago)

she didn't tell her to stop shouting--she told her to shout louder.

RJG (RJG), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 09:03 (twenty-one years ago)

OK, I need to pay attention more when I watch.

I love the idea of Dan reading these threads religiously with increasing disbelief.

There was some vintage Victor last night. He gets more David Brent with every passing day.

Cabin fever hits bedsit babes

Filed: 01:28, Day 20 by Neil Wilkes

It seems as if the lack of natural light and the pressure of being incarcerated in a tiny room is taking its toll on the bedsit babes.

While both Emma and Michelle have shown signs of extreme lunacy in the past five days, the condition of Emma in particular has worsened over the last 24 hours.

Early on Tuesday evening she made Michelle hit the deck as they watched the live streaming, frightened that one of the housemates was about to discover them - even though the group were in the garden at the time.

As the night wore on she took an increasing fancy to one of the invisible cameramen behind the two-way mirrors, asking him to take her out on date. As part of her attempt to woo him, she stuck a ladle up her nose then put a duster over her head, pretending to be Little Bo Peep.

haha, xpost matt.

jed_ (jed), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 09:10 (twenty-one years ago)

Vanessa to go by a landslide this weekend, then? Ahmed's continued place in the house must be amazing everyone. How come Marco didn't nominate Ahmed?

Marco and Ahmed are becoming a bickering double-act to rival Dastoor and Barry.

sorry xpost lex rather :-s

VengaDan Perry (Dan Perry), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 12:12 (twenty-one years ago)

.. though scientists say the matter requires further study.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 12:24 (twenty-one years ago)

"Go on, chicken, have a poo."

aldo_cowpat (aldo_cowpat), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 12:35 (twenty-one years ago)

excellent, all hell's breaking loose! Victor went up on the roof to see if he could spot the bedsit, and shouted to Emma, while BB was desperately trying to get him to come down.

This will spoil the surprise tonight, even if he didn't really see anything, cos the spectre of the bedsit is back in their minds.

Vicky (Vicky), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 13:18 (twenty-one years ago)

ooh butthe plot thickens:

Big Brother has given Michelle and Emma a laminate detailing the conditions of their return.

While not letting on that tonight is the night, BB has let the girls know that, when they go back, they are entirely free to tell their Housemates whatever they want to.

The girls are working out their tactics. At the moment, they are not going to tell them that they have been in the Bedsit.

Michelle is scheming, fully aware that they cant let them know that they've been in touch with the public. They decide to say they have been in a hotel called "The Bedsit" for a week, just watching movies. This is because they know the others know about the bedsit.

They decide to wind their fellow Housemates up for a couple of weeks, before they tell them the truth. Victor and Jason are still their major targets.

Will Emma keep her mouth shut? Despite Michelle telling her that if she feels tempted to spill the beans, she will be right beside her, it may be that Emmas' desire to exact revenge will be too much for the Oldham girl.

Stay with us as the story unfolds

chris (chris), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 13:59 (twenty-one years ago)

The public's "sympathy" will soon turn to the public waiting for them to fuck up.

Are they going to claim that they voluntarily avoided BB news while away? That won't stand long.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:09 (twenty-one years ago)

yeah.. bad plan girls. HM and public sympathy will evaporate if they pretend not to have heard anything.. best to go all guns blazing and get the others HMs to turn against each other.

or just say "we heard everything" and then refuse to elaborate for a while.

Bloodclaart Gangsta Youth Club (don), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:14 (twenty-one years ago)

or just say "we heard everything" and then refuse to elaborate for a while

yes, precisely, and make meowing noises at Jason and Victor

chris (chris), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:18 (twenty-one years ago)

It is. Sunday and Monday's shows were two of the best things I think I've ever seen on telly.

Same for me. Awesomely insane.

Charles Dexter (Holey), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:21 (twenty-one years ago)

Or pretend to have been actually evicted and then say that Jason has been publically outed in the tabloids.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:21 (twenty-one years ago)

Surely someone will note that no-one in their right mind would name their hotel "The Bedsit"?

Tim (Tim), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:24 (twenty-one years ago)

no-one in their right mind would name their hotel "The Bedsit"

vs

Michelle and Emma thinking it's completely plausible.

"It was called The Shithole, but we're trying to go upmarket"

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:37 (twenty-one years ago)

Why can't it just be a descriptive noun? Like, they went to an external bedsit? Am I missing something?

Markelby (Mark C), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:45 (twenty-one years ago)

Why would they put them in an external bedsit?

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:47 (twenty-one years ago)

Why wouldn't they?

Markelby (Mark C), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:49 (twenty-one years ago)

They've got to have been somewhere since their eviction, and "bedsit" is still common enough parlance to get away with.

Markelby (Mark C), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:49 (twenty-one years ago)

Well it would seem a bit weird to me.

I don't really get the point of introducing the whole 'external' element at all. Surely it makes no difference where they've been. What matters is whether they've been able to keep track of what's going on the flat or not. They might as well just say, yeah, they were just next door but had no screen. The only way I can see them falling for this is if they say it was really horrible in there but BB offered them this week of torture instead of eviction, with the prize of returning if they could stick it out a week. They could make up stories up being tortured with chilli cakes or whatever to build up camraderie.

But realistically, I can't see that they've got a cat in hell's chance of pulling it off, however they play it. They are not up to it.

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 14:56 (twenty-one years ago)

She's mentioned she's dyslexic, which, if severe enough, could give her problems with even a set of spoken word instructions.

Gribowitz (Lynskey), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 21:07 (twenty-one years ago)

fucking hell

de, Wednesday, 16 June 2004 23:45 (twenty-one years ago)

victor really would have rearranged emma's face

de, Wednesday, 16 June 2004 23:47 (twenty-one years ago)

Scratch what I wrote a mere 15 minutes ago. Dan went immediately to the Camp Camp and calmed things down over there and Vanessa is already allowing herself to be consoled by them. All understandable when you consider Victor has shown himself to be quite the thug.

Conspiracy theory #1 - Jayson immediately laid in, but then stopped dead when it got heated, leaving Victor to totally lose it. If he planned that, then he's very clever.

Gribowitz (Lynskey), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 23:51 (twenty-one years ago)

fucking hell!

this is the end, surely?

jed_ (jed), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 23:53 (twenty-one years ago)

did he just hit her? sorry just turned it on.

Ronan (Ronan), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 23:54 (twenty-one years ago)

Not quite - but threatened to kill her, he threw wine over her . . . all the classic pissed-up brawl-beginnings that you see in your usual bar-fight. If people weren't getting in the way then yes he would've hit her.

Interesting legal issues going around for the BB production team, I bet.

Gribowitz (Lynskey), Wednesday, 16 June 2004 23:57 (twenty-one years ago)

The text messages are almost as scary as the pictures.

Victor: "Who do you think I am?" x100

Michelle: "There needs to be minimal violence"

Emma has told Dan (at least) that she saw what was going on in the house when she was in the bedsit.

How the fuck did it all start? I need to know. How was Jason involved?

resorting to violence is obviousy horrible but Endemol have surely instigated the violence? how could they not see that this would happen? this is like a car crash.

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:01 (twenty-one years ago)

i don't know

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:02 (twenty-one years ago)

Victor is a total nobend, it's completely confirmed now. He almost totally proves my theory that people who spout on about how intelligent they are are usually nothing of the kind.

Thanks for the warning N. Don't usually watch live BB so had to hurry through. Sadly only caught the aftermath though.

fractal (fractal), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:02 (twenty-one years ago)

christ

what happened with that table in the main room ?
where did vanessa disappear to ?

i think victor & jason may well be chucked out - but emma/nadia seemed to be pushing and pushing them ?

this programme may well be fucked

Snowy Mann (rdmanston), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:08 (twenty-one years ago)

I wouldn't be surprised if both Jason and Victor are thrown out - I'd take it as a given that Victor will be thrown out, you don't threaten to kill someone on national television and get away with it. Jason also said some fairly nasty things and he might of crossed the line - he certainly threatened violence against Nadia.

I'm as fuzzy on the exact details as I would be over any barroom brawl - and i had the sound down low as my gf is trying to sleep in the next room but . . .

The 2 housemates returned, Victor and Jason looked utterly steely-faced throughout. After a while of much booze the 2 camps went off and discussed things - Jason and Victor utterly distraught at the 2 Bedsit Buddies coming back - meanwhile the 2 tell the others in their clique that they've been seeing and hearing all the housemates and that Jay and Vic have been slagging them all off behind their backs.

A while later Marco and Nadia are dancing around in the garden singing , they go over and dance infront of Jay who for some reason flips, Victor joins in, Emma assumes the classic stance of "bevvy'ed-Northern-Lass" and squares up to them, Victor goes off at her, plate smash, wine throw, Jayson stops, Victor and Emma get more intense, Victor says some probably prosecution-worthy things and looks very much like he's going to hit Emma - who in all fairness is ready to kick the shit out of him too. Victor is eventually dragged into the Diary Room. Crying, crying, crying. All of Jayson and Victors friends immediately start courting favour with the Camp Camp.

Gribowitz (Lynskey), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:09 (twenty-one years ago)

In short, Endemol have just made £212,000,000 in text votes.

Gribowitz (Lynskey), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:11 (twenty-one years ago)

From earlier on:

Michelle and Stuart are by the DR door and kiss, for the first time, a long, passionate snog. Michelle thinks there are some changes for the good as he wouldn't have done that before (presumably snogging her). They carry on, slurrpy noises, ewww. They laugh as Victor comes back in, shouting, Michelle noting how trashed the place is. Both go in to the diary room.

Van and Jay are safely coped up in the bedroom. You cannot believe the sound from the garden, like Michell said it must be trashed. Van and Jason hold each other, Vanessa upset about the others destroying the lovely place they've been given to live in. She's not going to betray her morals just for this game. Jason just holds her, Victor interupting saying "lets just get rid of them one by one". All of these three are furious about what the others are doing.

Dan, apparently (according to Victor) is sitting in the jacuzzi in his costume. Victor says he's not going anywhere, even if evicted, with this lot in the house. Vanessa doesn't want to be associated with this, especially with the waste of food and water, she's seen poverty in Africa and it's awful (she's right) so she won't tolerate it. They can't agree if this is all due to Emma or not.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:12 (twenty-one years ago)

thankyou detective Gribowitz!

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:13 (twenty-one years ago)

Ah, so it all kicked off over the mess.

Gribowitz (Lynskey), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:14 (twenty-one years ago)

I just love the starving Africans touch.

From a bit later (seems like even the DigitalSpy watcher didn't get to see part of it:

Jason flips the table in the living area and starts yelling at Nadia, pointing in her face. Nadia screams back as Marco looks on aghast. "I'll fucking take your head off," Jason tells Emma.

Things kick off amongst everyone and the camera switches to the outside shot. "Never fuck with me, Emma!" shouts Victor as plates are heard being smashed.

BB calls Victor to the DR immediately. "You ain't fucking shit to me," he tells Emma. "I'll fucking show you!"

It seems as if Victor and Emma have been dragged apart. "I'll fucking kill ya," Emma shouts as she's dragged away to the bedroom. Stuart holds Victor back.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:14 (twenty-one years ago)

ha - live feed has effectively stopped

did anyone else catch shell's tearful 'they just flip, i know what that's like' remark about the violence thing ?

Snowy Mann (rdmanston), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:16 (twenty-one years ago)

WOW!

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:16 (twenty-one years ago)

Last I saw of Shell she was collapsed in the shower, possibly being sick, possibly having a panic attack, definitely crying.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:17 (twenty-one years ago)

It seems Emma has spilled the beans about the feed they saw to the girl-gay camp, but I think the alpha males are still in the dark.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:19 (twenty-one years ago)

Have they gone to bed, or have the producers just chickened out of showing anything more?

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:20 (twenty-one years ago)

in bed? you must be joking. Digital spy is overloaded.

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:22 (twenty-one years ago)

i reckon cluck cluck clucking, N.

Snowy Mann (rdmanston), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:22 (twenty-one years ago)

RIP Big Brother 2000-2004???

Ben Mott (Ben Mott), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:23 (twenty-one years ago)

N, I think they're probably having to speak to the legal team. Threats To Kill is a crime under UK law (I know - I nearly had a guy done for it who was the spit of Victor), and even if its not got that far then they'll still have to tread carefully.

Gribowitz (Lynskey), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:23 (twenty-one years ago)

I don't understand why they can't show anything on the live feed now. Yes, bed was a ridiculous idea.

Vanessa: "I was laughing tonight but I wasn't getting involved."
Stuart: "I don't want you to go."
Vanessa: "I don't want to be part of this, this is not me."
Jason: "They're all animals, mate. That's a fucking disgrace."
Dan: "Yes but we can clean it up."
Vanessa: "In Africa, I did have a maid and I did have a gardener but I did have a massive respect for water and food because we went through some fucking hard times."

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:23 (twenty-one years ago)

yeah that exchange was classic!

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:24 (twenty-one years ago)

TS: "theyre animals mate" vs "i'll fukin kill you nadia"

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:25 (twenty-one years ago)

Someone on the Digital Spy forums summarised how it all kicked off thus:

Marco danced in front of J, J flipped and said he was gonna kill him, then I dunno, Victor and Emma got involved.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:29 (twenty-one years ago)

I prefered Vic's "Do you know who I am?" one. Yes, Victor, you're the guy who's going to be shown squaring up to a girl on every TV clip show from now until the end of time. Enjoy your fame.

Gribowitz (Lynskey), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:29 (twenty-one years ago)

digital spy speculating that some outsiders have entered the house to calm things down and that this is why the live feed has been cut.

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:32 (twenty-one years ago)

I really do just wanna make the anime 'speechless' emoticon, it seems the only suitable response. This is madness. (props, ilx e4 viewers)

Gregory Henry (Gregory Henry), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:34 (twenty-one years ago)

What was it Emma screamed to Victor as he was dragged off to the diary room. Something about him being black.

Digital Spy has it as "You'll sort me out? A joker like you acting like some kind of black guy?"

That doesn't really make any sense, but...

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:34 (twenty-one years ago)

<this is after jason had pushed over a table because of the mess and threatened to kill marco>

victor: u dont know shit about me u know
emma: yes i do
v: ill ****ing sort you out
e: you'll sort me out? a joker like you acting like some kind of black guy?
v: wha? whad what u say about me being black you ****ing skit, you aint shit to me

v: i will show you emma, every****ing time, i will show you.

v:dont ever ever ****ing talk to me like that
e: i'll ****ing kill ya
v: you what?
V: wait till i get hold of you..

stu: remember who you are.. i'm wicked bruv <more pushing of stu>

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:35 (twenty-one years ago)

This has been posted on DS. Some sort of official word from Channel 4.

"Due to unforseen circumstances, all housemates have been evacuated. A police investigation is pending.

Updates will follow as news becomes available."

Ben Mott (Ben Mott), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:36 (twenty-one years ago)

"speculation is rife about shell on the big brother newsgroup"

no idea what this means.

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:44 (twenty-one years ago)

I've just looked at Ben Elton's Dead Famous sitting on my bookshelves - what an eerily prescient book it's turned out to be.

Ben Mott (Ben Mott), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:45 (twenty-one years ago)

Please, let's not bring Ben Elton into this.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:46 (twenty-one years ago)

THey should put Jon Tickle back into the house.

VengaDan Perry (Dan Perry), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:47 (twenty-one years ago)

Some guy implying insider knowledge (or just bullshitting) says that the producers are in, Shell is ill and that Victor is out. We'll see.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:49 (twenty-one years ago)

i think we shall end up with more than victor out, i reckon jason will get get out, emma, unfairly, will be allowed to stay in and that vanessa will leave tomorrow.

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 00:51 (twenty-one years ago)

THat was fucked. And in the middle, to break up the 'nothing is happening' screens - they show Keane performing 'Somewhere Only We Know'.

But... Jesus.

William Bloody Swygart (mrswygart), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:03 (twenty-one years ago)

From what I can make out, Jason is a complete cunt.

I expect a G2 feature on race issues in Big Brother.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:04 (twenty-one years ago)

From what I can make out, Jason is a complete cunt.

Wow, who would have guessed that the guy who paraded into the house in a leopard-print thong was a cunt?

VengaDan Perry (Dan Perry), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:06 (twenty-one years ago)

That text thing is the scariest shit an' all. "VICTOR 2 GO Hi Mum!"

William Bloody Swygart (mrswygart), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:07 (twenty-one years ago)

I knew he was a prick, but I didn't really realise he was also a cunt.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:08 (twenty-one years ago)

I admit, I wanted the 'Evil Big Brother' concept to explode in the producers' faces right from the start.
KEEP BRITISH TV BORING AND PLACID. NONE OF THIS FUTURISTIC AMORAL SHIT PLEASE.

de, Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:09 (twenty-one years ago)

Ah. Being American, I am not well-versed on the distinction between a "prick" and a "cunt".

(OH NO THE QUOTE MARKES THEY DO NOTHING etc)

VengaDan Perry (Dan Perry), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:09 (twenty-one years ago)

digital spy again:

The house coverage may be gone, but you can be sure as hell the E4 text ticker isn't. As the clock strikes 3 it re-appears with the message: "We'll get back to the house just as soon as we can, in the meantime keep those texts coming."

they will need the money for legal fees, no doubt.

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:10 (twenty-one years ago)

Apparently the live feed is now back, and Victor is still in there. C4 has finished its coverage - E4 and broadband subscribers fill me in!

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:11 (twenty-one years ago)

(can you tell i've only watched like 90 minutes of BB5 in total)

de, Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:13 (twenty-one years ago)

Victor is back in, and threatening people.

They just cut the footage again.

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:14 (twenty-one years ago)

03.08

Oh good god, we're back. Victor is in the garden, making a bit of a speech. "see if I dance with you at the reunion party," he says before going to the toilet. Michelle sits in the living area.

Victor: "Man I'm chilling. Waiting til the morning, innit? We'll do this again. And lunchtime.

Michelle sits with Stuart on the decking. The only other visible person is Jay, pacing up and down the lawn.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

03.10

We lose video and sound yet again... they're just teasing us!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

03.11

V: ".. and I haven't been fucking evicted."
M: "Well neither have I, I've been behind the kitchen."

So it seems everyone knows the truth about what happened in the bedsit, and appears Victor hasn't been kicked out...

William Bloody Swygart (mrswygart), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:14 (twenty-one years ago)

(off DS, case you hadn't guessed.)

William Bloody Swygart (mrswygart), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:15 (twenty-one years ago)

Fuck! Those on the DS Forums with E4 say there are now security guards in the house!

N. (nickdastoor), Thursday, 17 June 2004 01:17 (twenty-one years ago)

While the DS live feed says:

V: "So what kinds of things did you hear in there then?"
M: "Can we talk about this tomorrow? Because to be honest (starts to cry), I just wanted to.. sort things out with people."
V: "Now come on, don't cry. Don't worry about it, just forget it man. It's bullshit."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

03.15

V: "Seriously, I really didn't wanna piss you off man. The same as Jay, I'm here for a reason - I'm here to ruffle feathers.. in more ways than you know. My face could have been a different guys face, but why am I here? you don't know this stuff."
