Well now, Emma's out, the looooong vote for Dan vs Vanessa is going to end so spectacularly with Vanessa out (Dan being now the man to everyone as opposed to the 'dad', and Van just moaning about how everyone hates her boo hoo). And so it will be *ages* until Victor gets nominated and voted out by a landslide (Against Ahmed who will be further astounded, but I think he's now settled and OK).

We've had the young lovers' continuing to not actually do it, and Jason's friend will be out by the time he's worked out he might actually miss her.

So what happens this week? Answer: Nothing. Possibly. It's a very real possibility. All the fireworks went off at once.

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 21 June 2004 07:44 (twenty-one years ago)

Actually, Dan's observation about 'a table full of food -> foodfight' now has become 'a table full of food -> "war"' is quite stunning.

Dan may actually prove to be the smartest housemate ever...

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 21 June 2004 07:46 (twenty-one years ago)

"Easy week this week," he told Stu this afternoon. "Week after that, it's all gonna kick off. Week 5 - the biggest week, innit? Me, Jay, Marco and Nadia [will be nominated]. Mate, the battle lines have been drawn."

(Guess who?)

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 21 June 2004 08:20 (twenty-one years ago)

He makes such a fuss over it, but Victor's 'grand plan' is really not all that. The only way it will work is if neither he nor Jason get nominated ever, and given what cunts they've been I can't imagine that will last long.

The Lex (The Lex), Monday, 21 June 2004 08:23 (twenty-one years ago)

The Emma interview last night... does the fact that they couldn't talk about the fight mean that legal proceedings are going to be brought? Is she going to be prosecuted under hate crimes? And what about the Sunday paper lead that she had an incestous lesbian relationship for 12 months?

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 21 June 2004 08:26 (twenty-one years ago)

who with? (arf)

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 21 June 2004 08:29 (twenty-one years ago)

Actually, I think it's more to the fact that Emma could say a lot of 'contentious' things, and BB didn't want the responsibility/get sued. Read the Sun and the Mirror for the stuff, as they aren't bothered about legal actions if the increase in circulation would more than pay off...

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 21 June 2004 08:31 (twenty-one years ago)

i have a feeling Big Bro has just ...stopped without emma. Do you think it will get going again?

jed_ (jed), Monday, 21 June 2004 10:35 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, next week when we see who's up for eviction, and whether the public evict a Seal or an Alpha Male. It'll definitely make everyone reasses what's going on.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 21 June 2004 10:49 (twenty-one years ago)

Prediction: there will be no thread 6.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Monday, 21 June 2004 10:52 (twenty-one years ago)

Well, as the other threads got way past the 300 messages point, and this one is a bit dribbly in, I guess you are probably right.

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 21 June 2004 10:57 (twenty-one years ago)

12:55: Michelle asks Shell to give her a facial - they discuss what sort to do.

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 21 June 2004 11:03 (twenty-one years ago)

Actually I think Victor's plan is going swimmingly. Everyone seems to really like him again, and he's making a big effort to get on with peoplem (big hugs all round, chatting to the swallows as well as the amazons), while Jason just sulks around in his waffle robe and makes himself unpopular with almost everyone, particularly the viewing public.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Monday, 21 June 2004 11:04 (twenty-one years ago)

What Victor needs to figure out is that the only possible chance he has of winning a public vote is if he gets nominated alongside Jason. He needs to turn people in the house against Jason once the Vanessa/Dan battle is dealt with.

James Mitchell (James Mitchell), Monday, 21 June 2004 11:10 (twenty-one years ago)

i have a feeling Big Bro has just ...stopped without emma. Do you think it will get going again?

I thought this when Kitten left. I was wrong.

The Lex (The Lex), Monday, 21 June 2004 11:27 (twenty-one years ago)

Me, Jay, Marco and Nadia
If that was Victor, that's just who I predicted will be up next week.

Who here thinks that Victor (if nominated) will be out on a landslide? I hope not.

Jaunty Alan (Alan), Monday, 21 June 2004 13:12 (twenty-one years ago)

I think so. I hope so.

Yeah, there's 'voting out the interesting people'. And there's 'voting out the people who go into the diary room and say exactly the same thing again and again'.

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 21 June 2004 13:15 (twenty-one years ago)

I'd rather jason go, as soon as possible.

RJG (RJG), Monday, 21 June 2004 13:16 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, Jason, then nadia/marco, then marco/nadia, then i'm not fussed. you can have victor then.

Jaunty Alan (Alan), Monday, 21 June 2004 13:17 (twenty-one years ago)

leaving Stu, Dan, Shell, Ahmed? oh rock and roll....

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 21 June 2004 13:18 (twenty-one years ago)

keep Michelle, Nadia, Dan, Victor for as long as poss, the others can go for all i care especially creepy 'bath-robe & baseball-hat' Jason.

Ste (Fuzzy), Monday, 21 June 2004 13:25 (twenty-one years ago)

I wouldn't be surprised if it was Jason vs Victor next week, and that could be the only way Victor would stay in. Because he's "Wet seven men in seven cities".

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 21 June 2004 13:26 (twenty-one years ago)

Coral odds for 3rd eviction:

Jason - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 9/4 - - -
Victor - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 9/4 - - -
Nadia - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 3 - - -

Stuart - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 66

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 21 June 2004 13:27 (twenty-one years ago)

> Because he's "Wet seven men in seven cities".

Stuart's growing on me after the Tiagra thing and the Sheriff thing, reminds me of Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes.

koogs (koogs), Monday, 21 June 2004 13:30 (twenty-one years ago)

much as i detest jason i think marco is the only one without a single redeeming feature.

jed_ (jed), Monday, 21 June 2004 21:09 (twenty-one years ago)

I like the way he says 'whatever' and 'd'you know what I mean?'.

cozen (Cozen), Monday, 21 June 2004 21:46 (twenty-one years ago)

Does he say it like Nenah Cherry?

VengaDan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 21 June 2004 22:17 (twenty-one years ago)

nah he says it like patsy.

jed_ (jed), Monday, 21 June 2004 22:47 (twenty-one years ago)

The BB5 drinking game must include downing your pint whenever Marco says 'ohmigod'.

James Mitchell (James Mitchell), Monday, 21 June 2004 23:48 (twenty-one years ago)

Michelle: "Did you dream about me last night?"
Stuart: "No, I actually dreamt I was back at school..."
M: "You're supposed to lie!"

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 11:48 (twenty-one years ago)

I've just fallen out with Big Brother. If emma was to go, then Victor and muscle mary should go.

chris (chris), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 11:53 (twenty-one years ago)

God, but I'm beginning to like Stuart's "style".

Crickets Dance On Tequila Booty (Barima), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 12:06 (twenty-one years ago)

hahaha stuart is totally like me

ambrose (ambrose), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 12:13 (twenty-one years ago)

Gwyneth Paltrow has confessed to being a huge fan of Big Brother.

She has revealed that her favourite housemate is Daniel, while her husband, Coldplay's Chris Martin, likes Vanessa.

Gwyneth enjoys watching the housemates while she is at home, spending time with her new baby, Apple.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 12:57 (twenty-one years ago)

I think they seem like a lovely couple.

cozen (Cozen), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:11 (twenty-one years ago)

Vanessa is very Gwyneth.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:23 (twenty-one years ago)

After last nights episode, I think Jason is fully justified in wanting to strangle Marco.

Sooner or later we are going to get Victor vs Jason KLASH OF THE ALPHA MALES which has got to be interesting.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:25 (twenty-one years ago)

After last nights episode, I think Jason is fully justified in wanting to strangle Marco.

True, but it just goes to show how much relations have stretched way beyond normal that the only reaction anyone can have is to freak out when someone's doing something they don't like, instead of just saying 'look lads, we're trying to have a bit of a lie down, you couldn't ever keep the noise down, could you?' Which would be what I would do.

Which is why I'm not in the BB house, I guess.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:37 (twenty-one years ago)

"Vanessa is very Gwyneth."

sorry, only if if "Vanessa" means "Shell", right ??!?!

ambrose (ambrose), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:38 (twenty-one years ago)

BORING OLD ACCENTMONKEY MUST GO!!!

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:39 (twenty-one years ago)

ambrose - I thought about that, but I like Shell and I don't like Gwyneth.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:39 (twenty-one years ago)

(even though I think she's a great actress and pretty and all)

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:40 (twenty-one years ago)

ambrose OTM (see "thread 1")

zebedee (zebedee), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:40 (twenty-one years ago)

Nadia's going to start smacking people around with her breasts, isn't she?

VengaDan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:42 (twenty-one years ago)

Gwyneth seems much more driven and spoilt than Shell.

N. (nickdastoor), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:43 (twenty-one years ago)

Who here thinks that Victor (if nominated) will be out on a landslide? I hope not.

I think so. I hope so.

no way. He still has way more fans than hatas in TV land. I'm no fan, mind, but he has loads.

dizzee's biggest problem right now is that he's convinced everyone in the house must be in it to win it, as he is. He can't seem to grasp the fact that some housemates just want to be in the house full stop (for the fleeting fame or whatever).

zebedee (zebedee), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:46 (twenty-one years ago)

BORING OLD ACCENTMONKEY MUST GO!!!

You say that now, but...

No, you're right. I would have to go.

I don't specially want Victor to be evicted. He might learn something yet.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 13:58 (twenty-one years ago)

Nadia's "I just want someone to love me" bit in the diary room was surprisingly moving, I thought. Not sure which housemate she's referring to though.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 14:33 (twenty-one years ago)

Dan was trying to convince Jason that she had a crush on him so that Jason would feel slightly guilty about wanting to kill her. I had assumed that Dan was making it up and appealing to the only language Jason understands, but maybe she really does have a crush on him.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 14:43 (twenty-one years ago)

big brother is dead and jason is a sex pest.

jed_ (jed), Tuesday, 22 June 2004 22:54 (twenty-one years ago)

Jason in green shirt = Evil Shaggy

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 06:39 (twenty-one years ago)

Has anyone else noticed that Jason has a modern version of the Bobby Charlton comb-over?

Kind of a comb forward starting from really far back on mis head, when the overhead camera looks down on him you can really see how bald he is going.

Davel (Davel), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 06:52 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah and his likeness to Stretch Armstrong is uncanny (prob already been noted?)

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 07:08 (twenty-one years ago)

Give him a 'tash and you've got a balding hulk hogan

Davel (Davel), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 07:15 (twenty-one years ago)

that picture is hilarious. say, when did nadia come out. i missed that. one day it seemed like they were doing their psycho-analysis on her about keeping the secret, and then the next everyone is poking fun at the pickled penis? can someone synops for me.

gizmo (gizmo), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 09:52 (twenty-one years ago)

Michelle was being 'ironic'.

mark grout (mark grout), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 09:57 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm not sure she was. Maybe she was giving Nadia a chance to 'out' herself in a jokey context.

I really wish Marco would say to Jason 'well at least I'm bald on purpose.' Then an enraged Jason could bash him in the face and be sent home. Result.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 11:14 (twenty-one years ago)

And Marco would be bashed in the face. Who's the loser here, people?

Dave B (daveb), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 11:18 (twenty-one years ago)

marco?

cozen (Cozen), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 11:20 (twenty-one years ago)

what was the jason / vanessa argument about last night?

boom! i fucked your hard-drive (don), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 11:21 (twenty-one years ago)

about who's turn it was to be ...

mark grout (mark grout), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 11:24 (twenty-one years ago)

I forgot to say that when I was watching the live stream last week, they briefly started singing Venga Boys songs. I thought Dan might like to know.

Madchen (Madchen), Wednesday, 23 June 2004 14:58 (twenty-one years ago)

Impersonate each other starwars/costume drama was quite funny.

mark grout (mark grout), Thursday, 24 June 2004 09:01 (twenty-one years ago)

I can't believe what I missed. Holidays are for shit.

Enrique (Enrique), Thursday, 24 June 2004 09:05 (twenty-one years ago)

What Enrique said.

Weirdly, when we got to Ed's family's place in France (skybox) I saw Emma on BBLB and it was the first I knew about the FITE!

suzy (suzy), Thursday, 24 June 2004 09:10 (twenty-one years ago)

I haven't watched it at all this week, and I'm not missing it either. It feels like the end of an era or summat.

chris (chris), Thursday, 24 June 2004 09:13 (twenty-one years ago)

[Even worse, I shelled out 4 euros on the Observer only to be patronized at length for my taste in television. Will I never learn?]

Enrique (Enrique), Thursday, 24 June 2004 09:16 (twenty-one years ago)

Anyone see the highlights show last night? Jason came out with the best quote of the last week:

"This is shit. I'm so fucking bored."

It doesn't look like much written down, but it was the way he said it.

James Mitchell (James Mitchell), Thursday, 24 June 2004 11:33 (twenty-one years ago)

I think the best thing was Victor saying 'grime 101'!!!

Enrique (Enrique), Thursday, 24 June 2004 12:12 (twenty-one years ago)

While Dan sweated it out on the cross trainer and the girls showered and dressed, Victor was revealing his in-depth knowledge on the subject of menstruation.

"What's it like - do periods hurt or something?" he asked Shell.

mark grout (mark grout), Thursday, 24 June 2004 12:17 (twenty-one years ago)

victor likes seinfeld. he was just talking about the bizarro ep. on the live feed (bizarro victor, apparently = 'vincent'.)

cozen (Cozen), Thursday, 24 June 2004 20:14 (twenty-one years ago)

dan telling jason that he has ginger hair - classic.
jason getting his pubes out to prove it, and them being ginger - double classic.

boom! i fucked your hard-drive (don), Thursday, 24 June 2004 20:38 (twenty-one years ago)

yeh evictions tomorrow!

Ste (Fuzzy), Thursday, 24 June 2004 20:48 (twenty-one years ago)

God it needs some stirring up now. A new housemate? A puppy? Eviction by russion roulette?

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 25 June 2004 07:46 (twenty-one years ago)

Someone could put together everything the housemates say into a book.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:23 (twenty-one years ago)

(sorry Mark, just kidding)

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:23 (twenty-one years ago)

or just into a database?(?)

RJG (RJG), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:24 (twenty-one years ago)

> God it needs some stirring up now.

we could just tell them all that the cameras are going to be off for the next hour but then keep filming.

koogs (koogs), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:27 (twenty-one years ago)

And a box of vibraors.

(I should add, this was a request by Shell, yesterday's prog, not my febrile imag.)

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:33 (twenty-one years ago)

owen wilson is weird.

RJG (RJG), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:34 (twenty-one years ago)

(i.e. a box of six vibraors, an hour with the cameras off, and a pic of one of the blokes off Starsky and Hutch)

(xpost is that the one off S&H?)

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:35 (twenty-one years ago)

S&H?

he is in bottle rocket and the royal tenenbaums and the shanghai jackie chan movies and starsky & hutch, oh.

RJG (RJG), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:37 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh yeah -- Shell's Owen-love redeems her for me. The girl has taste.

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:38 (twenty-one years ago)

you are weird.

RJG (RJG), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:39 (twenty-one years ago)

No! Luke is the good looking one. I hate Owen. (Have to have this argument with a friend of mine all the time.)

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:41 (twenty-one years ago)

you are weird, too, but you're right.

RJG (RJG), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:42 (twenty-one years ago)

Something funny happens: (From the official news site)

While most of the housemates were snoozing, Stuart began to communicate with Victor in the next bed through hand signals.

The hat-loving Londoner rolled over to the other side of his bed and whispered in Jason's ear.

As none of the housemates wear their microphones in bed, Victor's request to the sleepy Scotsman was unintelligible. However Jay soon went to the bathroom with his wash-bag on the pretext of needing a pee.

On his return, he knelt down by Stuart and Michelle's bed and whispered something to the young stud.

Laughter from the lads suddenly broke out at the realisation that they had fallen foul of Chinese whispers. Jason exclaimed that he thought Victor had woken him up on Stuart's behalf to "ask me for a condom."

Victor, Jason, Stuart and Michelle chuckled long and hard, waking up Shell, Marco and Nadia. The laughter spread like wildfire when Dan announced: "the one and only time I tried to w*** is out the window. Thanks guys!"

Sitting up in bed and looking across the room, Jason enquired: "Dan is that your dick...or do you always sleep with your knees up like that?"

The bawdiness continued when Jay recounted how the whole episode had started. He had felt someone caressing him while he was sleeping. "You wake up and you think it's some busty babe and it turns out to be f****** Victor!"

Jay continued: "I'm half expecting him to say 'can I climb in bed with you?'" Marco, Nadia and Dan fell about at the prospect of the jungle cats getting it on.

Stuart never got round to explaining the real message he was trying to convey to Victor with his sign language. Perhaps the lover boy was too embarrassed to admit that Victor had got it right.

As the hysteria began to calm down, Victor warned Stuart, "No more sign language. Send a smoke signal next time."

But it's anyone's guess how many puffs of smoke translates into: "Ask Jason for a condom."

mark grout (mark grout), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:42 (twenty-one years ago)

Lucky he didn't come back with a condor. Very big wingspan.

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:45 (twenty-one years ago)

Luke is boring. Owen owns.

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:49 (twenty-one years ago)

Now you're being silly.

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:49 (twenty-one years ago)

owen wilson is quirky.

RJG (RJG), Friday, 25 June 2004 08:58 (twenty-one years ago)

I like it when Owen "My brother is cooler than me" Wilson does his comedic skits in interviews with Ben "My Dad is funnier than me" Stiller. That wacky pair.

I'm coming off as more bitter than I am. I just like Luke, that's all.

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:01 (twenty-one years ago)

Though I do like Shell, in spite of her wrong-brother-choosing nature.

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:05 (twenty-one years ago)

OK, so Luke did 'Rushmore' and Owen did 'Behind Enemy Lines'. But Owen fucking *wrote* 'Rushmore', and he has a triumphant nose.

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:08 (twenty-one years ago)

Owen wasn't in Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, either.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:09 (twenty-one years ago)

Does that make him better or worse Dom?

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:11 (twenty-one years ago)

Owen was in The Haunting remake.

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:21 (twenty-one years ago)

I hear Luke killed a man.

Enrique (Enrique), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:21 (twenty-one years ago)

Owen was EXPELLED FROM SCHOOL!!!

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:22 (twenty-one years ago)

Actually though. Anyway, we've derailed this thread enough - Luke is gorgeous, Owen is not. There. Now, Big Brother...

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:23 (twenty-one years ago)

Do you need to pay to watch online? I keep trying, and it moans about me using AOL, then I use something else and other stuff happens - but I don't get to see Big Brother...

Kevin Gilchrist (Mr Fusion), Friday, 25 June 2004 09:26 (twenty-one years ago)

Rushmore is crap though (apart from that one line about the O R scrubs).

jed_ (jed), Friday, 25 June 2004 18:42 (twenty-one years ago)

86%!

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Friday, 25 June 2004 19:29 (twenty-one years ago)

Dan has a lovely voice, it HAS to be said. He reminds me of so many of my truly erudite artphag pals. I still haven't asked Jenn¥ Ros$ if they were teenagers together but I reckon yes.

suzy (suzy), Friday, 25 June 2004 19:35 (twenty-one years ago)

owen wilson is funny.

cozen (Cozen), Friday, 25 June 2004 19:37 (twenty-one years ago)

Jel, I shall prove tomorrow that Rushmore isn't crap! Or rather, my piece on it in the FT top 100 goes up tomorrow.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Friday, 25 June 2004 19:42 (twenty-one years ago)

is luke wilson the main character in 'rushmore'?

cozen (Cozen), Friday, 25 June 2004 19:44 (twenty-one years ago)

or just one of the actors?

cozen (Cozen), Friday, 25 June 2004 19:44 (twenty-one years ago)

the main actor is jason schwatrzmann (sp). Martin, i shall buy that, i like pink newspapers.

So, the looooooooong vote has ended and Vanessa has been spectacularly voted out. The bookies were still offering £11 win for a £10 stake on Vanessa to go, free money I say.

This thread has now come full circle, so we could start another thread. But it's not really worth it.

mark grout (mark grout), Saturday, 26 June 2004 18:17 (twenty-one years ago)

lets see if we ever need another one. zzzzzz.............

jed_ (jed), Saturday, 26 June 2004 20:19 (twenty-one years ago)

what 'really evil thing' happened tonight?

cozen (Cozen), Saturday, 26 June 2004 20:30 (twenty-one years ago)

i spent 4 hours stripping woodchip wallpaper, that was evil.

jed_ (jed), Saturday, 26 June 2004 20:46 (twenty-one years ago)

I have woodchip clothes.

cozen (Cozen), Saturday, 26 June 2004 20:47 (twenty-one years ago)

is that a golf thing?

RJG (RJG), Saturday, 26 June 2004 20:48 (twenty-one years ago)

you're saying you don't, right?

cozen (Cozen), Saturday, 26 June 2004 20:50 (twenty-one years ago)

not for a few years, now.

I don't what, btw?

RJG (RJG), Saturday, 26 June 2004 20:53 (twenty-one years ago)

golf.

cozen (Cozen), Saturday, 26 June 2004 20:54 (twenty-one years ago)

Madchen (Madchen), Sunday, 27 June 2004 07:59 (twenty-one years ago)

I dunno, but it is so dull, they have apparently put a new person in to spice it up. How terribly dull!

RJG (RJG), Sunday, 27 June 2004 20:11 (twenty-one years ago)

the lawn has been turned into a rock festival, and appliances such as the kettle have been taken away, while others have lost their power, as part of the festival!

Marco is still lying in bed, Daniel is sitting up in bed looking thoughtful.

Jason, Stu and Michelle stand outside in their new rock festival setting. Victor comes outside too. Stuart asks the others for some batteries from their microphones so that they can power the toy guitar, which has been provided with the other rock festival stuff!

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 28 June 2004 08:29 (twenty-one years ago)

We better be getting some Grime 101 at this festival.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 28 June 2004 08:38 (twenty-one years ago)

Victor picking his nose, looking at it, rolling it, looking at it, rolling it... You just know he stuck it somewhere. Marco's probably walking around with a greener hanging out of his micro shorts.

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Monday, 28 June 2004 09:04 (twenty-one years ago)

Be careful what you wish for....
The gang gather in the gardens for their mini-Glastonbury task. Victor complains about the rain. "This is just grime man," he says. "I could break."

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 28 June 2004 13:23 (twenty-one years ago)

when are the next nominations?

The Lex (The Lex), Monday, 28 June 2004 13:47 (twenty-one years ago)

As we speak.

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 28 June 2004 14:00 (twenty-one years ago)

"The Mirror" has it as being Marco and Nadia up this week.

I don't know how they reckon that...

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 08:20 (twenty-one years ago)

It's a very comedy-tit-centric BB this year. Nadia's are especially vile, but Becky's are a bit off-putting too. Maybe it's a very body-centric year in general, what with Jason's uber-Batemanism.

Enrique (Enrique), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 08:30 (twenty-one years ago)

Bookies have reacted to the Marco and Nadia rumours, both their odds are drifting like billy-o. Dan now installed as clear favourite. Becki opening around 12/1.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 08:44 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh, Dan is going to win, it's free money you guys.

This year has been like last years on fast forward, and now we're on the 'silent' bit where there's nobody in the house.

They'd better liven things. Or WE GO!

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 08:54 (twenty-one years ago)

i DON'T THINK dAN IS A CERT. SHELL LOOKS TASTY, YOU ASK ME.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 09:14 (twenty-one years ago)

Does Dan know something we don't? His band have a gig this friday at the Adelphi Club in Hull!

Davel (Davel), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 09:16 (twenty-one years ago)

Well, he must be the guy in charge of updating the website.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 09:20 (twenty-one years ago)

Becky's entrance was the epitome of fit-but-you-know-it-ness. But for narking Michelle, classic (I still want Michelle to win, of course).

ENRQ (Enrique), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 09:20 (twenty-one years ago)

How did she get away with pretending to be Italian. An Italian called BECKY?

Madchen (Madchen), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 09:32 (twenty-one years ago)

Quite. Dan and Vic at the back going "no way!"

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 09:36 (twenty-one years ago)

Jason and Victor are cracking up in there. Attractive woman walks in and they're standing at the side muttering "she's one of THEM, I know she is".

I reckon this could make things very interesting indeed. Especially if she and Stuart take a shine to one another.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 09:38 (twenty-one years ago)

Well, yeah but she isn't actually very attractive: though I do hope Stuart disagrees.

Enrique (Enrique), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 09:40 (twenty-one years ago)

I hope they all get along really well and she unites the two houses and they all turn out to be great friends.

My arse.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 09:51 (twenty-one years ago)

If this whole 'pretending to be Italian' jape is her own idea I'll give her less than 2 weeks before she's a blubbering wreck.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 10:27 (twenty-one years ago)

I quite like Becki. Loved her "psycho-therapist" speak to Jason: "Think of being here as a challenge."

Ben Mott (Ben Mott), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 10:33 (twenty-one years ago)

Ben Mott (Ben Mott), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 11:00 (twenty-one years ago)

There's been a lot of "oh Becki is manipulating Nadia" about that, but you could tell Nadia was way tense about the new HM for that reason ...

Madchen (Madchen), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 12:14 (twenty-one years ago)

The housemates will receive the second part of their rock festival task later today - which will involve writing poems about the others.

The contestants will be asked to split into pairs, and write a poem about their partner. They will be given two hours to complete this part of the challenge, and afterwards, the group will assemble in the garden to hear everybody's poems.

The third and final part of the task, which the housemates will be given tomorrow, will involve the housemates splitting into two groups, and being asked to create a folk song, with the aid of a guitar and tambourine.

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 12:50 (twenty-one years ago)

Now this is sort of interesting... Jon Tickle's 'column'
The years roll on but the issues don’t change. Why do you think that girls get voted out of the House first every year? You’re all wrong. Think that the Housemates don’t meet each other before entering the House? Wrong again. Most girls will say that blokes are poor communicators. Oh, how wrong can you be?

We might not say very much but men are very efficient communicators. The producers let the lads get together on the day before the start of the show. We only have a strictly controlled ten seconds, but it is more than enough time to agree to get rid of a few girls early on – just so that we don’t have to start collecting leaves from the garden to use in the smallest room.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 14:13 (twenty-one years ago)

It (the mirror) also claims that Jason received the third-highest number of votes, and that Big Brother bosses may decide to put him up for eviction too, after his constant rule-breaking.

mark grout (mark grout), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 15:00 (twenty-one years ago)

rule-breaking re: discussion of votes or something else?

RJG (RJG), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 15:24 (twenty-one years ago)

Marco, Nadia and Michelle? WTFOMG!!!!!

Who could have predicted that? (Apart from the person who was adamant that was what was happening at around 160 on DS and got slagged off for saying it... and whoever leaked bits of it to the Mirror...

aldo_cowpat (aldo_cowpat), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 16:42 (twenty-one years ago)

Good lord.

Apparently there's some sort of 'evil' twist to the nominations this week... probably involving that Becki person.

Though having said that if I was Shell/Dan/Ahmed/Stuart, I'd have realised that getting rid of one of the Camp Camp would enhance my chances of winning... because if it comes to, say, me v Jason nearer the end, Jason would be safely voted off instead of me, whereas the Camp Camp probably have a lot of public sympathy.

The Lex (The Lex), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 16:50 (twenty-one years ago)

Or, more coherently: the Camp Camp (numbering three, all likely to be popular outside the house) are more of a threat than the Gamma Male Camp (numbering two, I don't count Stuart, and all likely to be deeply unpopular following the fight).

The Lex (The Lex), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 16:51 (twenty-one years ago)

I am cross now because Jason is NOT up for eviction. He should be. He is hateful. HATEFUL.

I was impressed by Michelle's reaction, though. It's the most real thing I've ever seen anyone do on that show, and exactly what I would do in the same circumstances.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 17:09 (twenty-one years ago)

Apparently there's some sort of 'evil' twist to the nominations this week... probably involving that Becki person.

There are claims on DS that she's been allowed to vote covertly for one housemate this week, despite what they were all told when she entered. She was to show who it was by kissing them at a set time - she chose Michelle, apparently.

I'm not sure I understand all the hate for Jason - he's been a grumpy bastard this week, aye, but getting rid of one of the barking seal twats might cheer him up enough for him to get back into it.

Who nominated whom will be very interesting though...

aldo_cowpat (aldo_cowpat), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 17:14 (twenty-one years ago)

I don't want Jason and Victor out (just) cos they're annoying cunts - so's Marco. But they really do think they're superior to the Camp Camp, and they need to be brought down a peg or several... all this 'I'm not leaving until SHE leaves' nonsense. Also I can't wait to see them get booed even worse than Vanessa.

The Lex (The Lex), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 17:20 (twenty-one years ago)

I hate it when people inferior, to me, think they are superior, to others.

RJG (RJG), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 17:22 (twenty-one years ago)

That full story on Becki - she got to choose one member of the house who would go straight to the eviction process. She chose Michelle, despite nobody in the house having voted for her.

Yes, I know what you mean about the Jason/Victor axis, but the two of them in particular are (to me anyway) impressive because not only are they aware that they're playing a game (contestants every year have been nominated because "they're playing a game") but are quite open about it. That said, I suspect Jason may well get thrown out for persistent rule-breaking rather than face the public.

aldo_cowpat (aldo_cowpat), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 17:27 (twenty-one years ago)

what is the rule-breaking?

RJG (RJG), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 17:37 (twenty-one years ago)

"Persistent and systematic repulsiveness in a public space"

Dadaismus (Dada), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 17:38 (twenty-one years ago)

that isn't in the rules.

RJG (RJG), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 17:43 (twenty-one years ago)

I know, or they'd be no-one left

Dadaismus (Dada), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 17:46 (twenty-one years ago)

the rule breaking is - getting up several times during the nominations (each contestant has to stay seated) and apparently constant use of bad language which there seems to be some sort of quota on now (!).

jed_ (jed), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 19:46 (twenty-one years ago)

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 20:50 (twenty-one years ago)

marco, using his law studies, on jason (I presume): "if he's not up, tomorrow, ... that's ... that's crime.. that's criminal"

haha ok.. i'm not a gambler.

boom! i fucked your hard-drive (don), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 22:25 (twenty-one years ago)

neither am i - i was faking! (although i do think that's right- basically if you put a tenner on you'd only get 11 quid back, plus your original stake)

jed_ (jed), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 22:43 (twenty-one years ago)

That completely sucks re the whole Becky voting Michelle shit, I feel so sorry for her now. Unfortunately I think she will be the one voted out by the public.

Ste (Fuzzy), Tuesday, 29 June 2004 22:55 (twenty-one years ago)

I like the fact that the Camp Camp have all been nominated, if they had any logic then they must know that they all voted for Jason, so he had a minimum of 3 votes which would mean that they must have had a minimum of 4 votes each, i.e a total of 12 votes in total, which would equate to the votes for 6 people, now there are only 6 non Camp Camp people who they beleive can vote so as a result the only assumption they can make is that they all voted against the them. Obviously this isn't what happened, but it should widen the devide between the Camp Camp and the others.

Davel (Davel), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 06:48 (twenty-one years ago)

Marco:

"Makes me wonder, am I really irritating?"

Davel (Davel), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 06:50 (twenty-one years ago)

I've yet to scroll up but it needs recording that Victor's nominations speech was the greatest thing ever.

ENRQ (Enrique), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 06:59 (twenty-one years ago)

Jed - the odds are even worse than that. 11/10 means that you get 11 back for every 10 you put on, so if you put on a tenner you only make £1. That would make him pretty much the cert to go out.

It's not so much Jason's swearing that annoys BB, it's the fact that he repeatedly tells BB to 'go fuck yourself'. They don't like that. They especially don't like it when the nominations are being screened live and they have to keep dipping the sound because one dozy twat can't go through a single sentence without swearing.

I'm finding the house to be a fascinating example of group dynamics at the moment - the fact that relations are so far gone that Jason can't ask people in a civil manner to stop smoking because he reckons they'll attack him. It's amazing. I've never reached that point with anyone, not even people I really, really dislike.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:01 (twenty-one years ago)

11/10 means that if you put a tenner on you win 11 pounds and get your stake back so for a £10 bet you should get back £21.

if the odds were 1/10 then you would win one pound for a ten pound stake.

I do think that the system is a bit different in the US though (and maybe in europe as well)

Davel (Davel), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:09 (twenty-one years ago)

Although I think they use a net system in the US which would mean using the above odds a £11 stake would give you a total return of £10 so they must be UK odds.

Davel (Davel), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:12 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh Becki, you so missed your chance!

You could have gone away, thought about it, and said "You know, Big Brother, I think I'll take my chances." and be up for nomination. And not mentioned it to the housemates.

This would have impressed the viewing public, they would not have voted her out so early.

The housemates would have worked out what happened, quite possibly. They probably will work out what *did* happen now, anyway.

mark grout (mark grout), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:16 (twenty-one years ago)

Americans use the decimal system of betting, ie 2 = evens, 3 = 2/1, 3.5 = 5/2 etc.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:18 (twenty-one years ago)

Michelle's staying in though, so no bugger will ever know.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:19 (twenty-one years ago)

U R right. Me am fule.

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:22 (twenty-one years ago)

i find it odd that after 5(?) weeks there are still 10 people in the house. there will need to be some serious culling later on.

seems odd how people have forgotten to nominate victor.

becki looks familiar somehow. and waking michelle up in order to condemn her was twisting the knife, the judas.

koogs (koogs), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:27 (twenty-one years ago)

That's the thing though, the Milkman's no idiot, he knows that as long as Jason and Ahmed are in there, he's third choice nomination for a lot of people. As soon as either of them leave, it's gonna get even more real.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:30 (twenty-one years ago)

He'll be knee-deep in grime.

Enrique (Enrique), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 07:31 (twenty-one years ago)

Victor's full reasons for voting Nadia, only shown on E4 not the C4 version:

"Do you remember He-Man, back in the 80s? He had a... Skeletor was his adversary. Skeletor had a henchman called Trapjaw. Nadia seems to have found a way of harnessing Trapjaw's DNA and fusing it with her own in a kind of symbiotic manner, to create a new being.

She's fused Trapjaw, Jimmy Hill, Jaws the Shark and Desperate Dan, all in one being. Y'know, she makes it easy for me to pick her, basically, and y'know I think she's expendable as well. That's why I'm picking Nadia, a.k.a. Trapjaw."

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 08:23 (twenty-one years ago)

My local radio station played this in full this morning!

Enrique (Enrique), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 08:25 (twenty-one years ago)

Could Nadia please come to the diary room:

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 08:31 (twenty-one years ago)

Jason has had two formal warnings - one (shown last night) for getting up while the nominations were going on and the other, if I remember correctly, for Fite Nite. They haven't given him a FW for swearage.

I am annoyed that Jason isn't up for nomination - I'd love to see him lose to either Marco or Nadia. It's probably a good job he's not up against them both though - the camp camp vote would be split and he'd probably sneak through.

Madchen (Madchen), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:05 (twenty-one years ago)

They vote for the one they want out, Madchen...

mark grout (mark grout), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:09 (twenty-one years ago)

Ah, well in that case to see him beaten by both of them would be k-classic.

Madchen (Madchen), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:25 (twenty-one years ago)

i thought jason's warning was for ignoring and swearing back at BB specifically during the nominations. his passive smoking argument would've held a lot more water if it wasn't for the swearing.

koogs (koogs), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:37 (twenty-one years ago)

BB back on form last night after a quiet spell. The whole Becki having to nominate someone by kissing them on each cheek was k-classic. Biblical, as two people have already said. I wonder how much thought Becki put into her choice; there was that exchange with Ahmed before she woke up Michelle. My guess is that she went for the person she could most convincingly embrace without raising suspicion.

I have made it clear here before that I find the EVIL BB thing to be the worst aspect of this year's show, but I really meant there the childish aspects - the alarm calls, the sprinkler, eggs in the bed, that kind of thing... the cowboy hat also (although Stu was asking for it) - the evil twist to the noms was much more like it.

zebedee (zebedee), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:37 (twenty-one years ago)

OTM. Becki in "not kissing Ahmed on both cheeks" shockah!

mark grout (mark grout), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:39 (twenty-one years ago)

also I think it not unlikely that Michelle will go (still a lot of hatred out there from the "Stu is fit" txt brigade; also many will want the JCs-CC stand off to continue, which requires both Nadia and Marco to stay)

zebedee (zebedee), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:40 (twenty-one years ago)

Am I the only one who thinks Michelle will not go?

Mainly because the voting public will react to the unfairness of the nom, by not voting for her...

mark grout (mark grout), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:41 (twenty-one years ago)

If Marco does go, what happens to the Harem? It has its head cut off, and won't survive. When Jason goes Michelle becomes an honorary Jungle Cat, that'll be the week that Ahmed goes.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:43 (twenty-one years ago)

Again, I think Becki missed an opportunity to show some cool by not putting herself up for the vote. (to clarify: if she refused to nom or discussed it, she would automatically go up for the vote against the two others)

mark grout (mark grout), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:45 (twenty-one years ago)

The so-called infallible AOL Poll:

Marco
2195
37%

Michelle
1826
31%

Nadia
1909
32%

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:50 (twenty-one years ago)

I reckon Marco will go.

mark grout (mark grout), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 09:56 (twenty-one years ago)

im quite surprised Michelle has as much as 31%.

jed_ (jed), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 11:27 (twenty-one years ago)

Surely Michelle actually got Ahmed to choose who would go. Was that not the point of him choosing which hand she had the cigarette in? I think she had a choice in her head between 2 people and because he chose correctly the hand with the cigarette in that meant she chose Michelle.

mms (mms), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 11:40 (twenty-one years ago)

'i can't decide whether to finish this cigarette' does anyone ever have this problem?

koogs (koogs), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 11:44 (twenty-one years ago)

From the Channel 4 site, Ahmed talking to Becki:

"If you are relaxed you can keep your erection for as long as you want," he told her. Ahmed told her that being too "forward" could result in catastrophic orgasms but being too relaxed could lead a chap to lose wood.

Madchen (Madchen), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 11:56 (twenty-one years ago)

sting to thread

koogs (koogs), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 11:58 (twenty-one years ago)

I Like Jason's "Do you know I've got this seventh sense?" Taking it for granted that they all knew about his sixth sense.

Davel (Davel), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 12:04 (twenty-one years ago)

Also Michelle on coming to see Stuart after the show:

"I'll travel on a train with the public"

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 12:09 (twenty-one years ago)

Latest poll update:

I'm like the DJ Martian of Big Brother.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 14:06 (twenty-one years ago)

I cannot believe that anyone in their right mind would want either of the other two out and Marco kept in. The man is utterly devoid of redeeming features, by miles the worst housemate ever. And he looks like the Mekon, which enhances his sinister aspect.

I reckon if Nadia stays in Big Brother should confiscate all her cigarettes again. That'd be funny.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Wednesday, 30 June 2004 14:20 (twenty-one years ago)

Music begins to play - it's Toploader's 'Dancing in the Moonlight'. Everyone starts screaming and run out into the garden and LA, singing and dancing. Marco wails along. "Let's try and listen to the music," says Jason.

mark grout (mark grout), Thursday, 1 July 2004 08:27 (twenty-one years ago)

Why does Victor instist on chewing on sticks?

Madchen (Madchen), Thursday, 1 July 2004 08:54 (twenty-one years ago)

All folksy jumpers and beards, they performed their self-penned 'Barley Heritage Bicycle of Love' with gusto.

Way! Half man half biscuit tribute act?

mark grout (mark grout), Thursday, 1 July 2004 09:19 (twenty-one years ago)

MARCO MUST GO. please god

Jaunty Alan (Alan), Thursday, 1 July 2004 10:54 (twenty-one years ago)

I kinda felt a bit sorry for Marco yesterday when bollocky Victor got all up in his face.

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Thursday, 1 July 2004 10:56 (twenty-one years ago)

Marco's ability to keep his voice at normal talky volume while Victor bellowed at him was admirable (and probably wound V up even more - it's a trick I've used in the past, hem hem)

Madchen (Madchen), Thursday, 1 July 2004 10:58 (twenty-one years ago)

Very admirable. I was screaming at the tele, tell him to FUCK OFF WANKER

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:01 (twenty-one years ago)

me too, but I meant MARCO, the childish fucker

Jaunty Alan (Alan), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:06 (twenty-one years ago)

that was the first time in the whole series that Victor had a good point and made it well.

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:12 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, except that I still don't like the way Victor and Jason spend all their time talking about 'respect' and how people need to 'respect' them. I don't think they know what the word means.

I was also amused to see that Michelle, at least, is capable of just asking people not to do something that really annoys her, instead of turning it into a circus.

Also, isn't anyone going to tell Jason off for basically telling Michelle that he didn't nominate her? Or have they decided at this stage that it's all gone too far to worry about things like that?

accentmonkey (accentmonkey), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:17 (twenty-one years ago)

Jason, for once, being unselfish?

mark grout (mark grout), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:20 (twenty-one years ago)

and it WASN'T admirable. that's what plenty of people would do so it's at best normal. but marco was doing it in the worst possible passive aggressive sulky way evah.

Jaunty Alan (Alan), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:21 (twenty-one years ago)

J and V both got called into the diary room and warned about "talking in a way that could be regarded as discussing nominations" (or somesuch) last night. of course it wont come to a third warning/eviction. The producers must realise thay HAVE to keep both in to make the show watchable.

jed_ (jed), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:25 (twenty-one years ago)

Maybe I'm trying to be devil's advocate a bit - Marco's behaviour was terrible - but shouting at work results in disciplinary action. I see the BB situation as very similar to being at work, with no choice over who you have to spend your time with, plenty of people behaving like arseholes and the only way to do your job well (ie. win BB or at least reach the last 3 in their case) is to put on a smile and get on with people you likely can't stand.

Please note that the situation in my workplace is fucking awful at the moment, complete with screaming matches, open bitching and some really nasty ganging-up so I may be reading more into it because of that.

Madchen (Madchen), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:27 (twenty-one years ago)

Marco is convinced that he's going to still be in next week though, he's already talking about what he's going to do next week. I would rather stab myself than watch Davina interview him, though. That's going to be the worst television ever.

Also: last week, you could have got Victor to outlast Marco at 10/1. Now, Victor to outlast Marco: 1/5.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:27 (twenty-one years ago)

One of these weeks, they will have no noms and everyone up for evic. Evil?

mark grout (mark grout), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:29 (twenty-one years ago)

Predict next week's eviction then. Becki vs Nadia?

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:36 (twenty-one years ago)

Jason v Nadia, I would expect.

___ (___), Thursday, 1 July 2004 11:37 (twenty-one years ago)

and it WASN'T admirable. that's what plenty of people would do so it's at best normal. but marco was doing it in the worst possible passive aggressive sulky way evah.

Oh, no, I didn't mean her losing her cool at being nominated (although I've always thought that's more or less the same thing as I would do in that situation). I meant her asking everyone not to piss on the seat of the chemical toilet. If it was something that had been annoying Jason, he would have brooded about it, given out to Victor about it, but not actually asked people to make sure they didn't do it.
