I don't think this is that hard to umm, "accomplish." For instance, I know a guy who just recently got married (age 32). He's been sexually active since he was 15/16 and could be considered somewhat of a player (though to his credit, he's not so much devious as tall & good-looking and has lots of pretty forward offers from the opposite sex) I would have no problem believing he's averaged 4 or 5 different sexual partners a year for the last 15+ years. so 15 x 5, etc.

it is a little odd that the range isn't distributed, it jumps up categories and then down again (note i have 0 stats training so my language is probably way off here)
