The reason I feel (not thinking, as per your request) you're wrong, G, is because I felt (not thought) that the show was more humorous / enjoyable when I believed Andy M was a ridiculous 12 year old savant. It was after I leaned he was an adult with a hormone disorder that I lost interest. As far as Tom Green's concerned: I had zero interest in his show before, during, or after cancer, so the two programs aren't so comparable to me. The answer to your question: 'Isn't that what you really want to see?' is a definitive "no" because that just wouldn't be funny (to me). But it's a nice hypothesis. The difference is that I used to laugh uncontrollably at Tom Green's shit. I guess the other difference is that I was in high school then...

Still, I enjoy the premise of their schtick (dumb and unkind though it may be), but Milonakis just isn't clever or likeable at all.

I saw two episodes of this show last night. I found it pretty entertaining. Definitely enjoyed the Ying Yang Twins skit. I can see how it would be offensive that this guy pretends to be an adolescent, but I can also see how it would offend people that Warwick Davis plays leprechauns and elfs. And I don't know how anybody can say its the worst thing on MTV. I couldn't watch 2 minutes of Laguna Beach.

I think the show is hilarious! Some of the skits are sort of dumb like the diary skit and the light switch with the dog. But the staple-remover is really funny, and so is the chinese food coupon one with the old lady saying, "I'm the coupon!" over and over again.

Are YOU serious? No, I don't see any similarity between shows that make me laugh and shows that make me angry. Somebody forgot to tell this Andy dude that comedy shows are supposed to contain things that are funny. It especially makes me uneasy that this show might actually perform well ratings-wise, during a time when Stella and Wonder Shozen have been practically screaming out to remind people what great TV is supposed to be all about. Andy whatever-his-name is yet another classic case of a show that people are only watching because it's on MTV, which would perform poorly on pretty much any other channel.

Andy Milonakis is the fucking man...he's not retarded, its called absurdist comedy and its been around for a longass time.
