self esteem spiral,confused and angry, hostile, confronted everyone, not studying. too poor to be drinking too much, did almost yell at a student. also i am v. confused and slightly scared by how religous i have become.

Anthony, can you pinpoint what the problem is? Usually it can be tracked down to one thing. As soon as you have found the reason, you can address it and realize it is overshadowing your life. This is a simplistic way of putting it, but I want to help. You know my email address (not the yahoo one). You also have to realize that there might be periods/days you feel down, but those pass.

i think it's a time-of-year thing; i'm cracking under the pressure of schoolwork too. i wld recommend getting more sleep, but know stress + heavy workloads aren't exactly conducive to this.
