Foreign books

I'm in the UK and I need to find Alberto Moravia's 'The Conformist' in Italian. I only speak English, so I can't go to Italian websites, and the sites I've been to that sell foreign language books don't have it. Anyone know a good place to look?

If you only speak English why do you need it??? I always get that sort of thing from Barnes & Nobles, the one nearest me actually has like a huge foreign language section. I haven't looked specifically for that book but they special order titles all the time.

That being said, I have no idea how helpful that is to someone in the UK.

A friend phoned me up and demanded I use my internet skills for this purpose. The thing is, I know this friend doesn't know Italian either. So I must be the end of some crazy chain.

Have you tried GOOGLE? Don't want to be rude, but if you just type in mail order the title and the author (as I did so you just need to click on the link) it might direct you to a mail order site. Hope you find it!

why don't you look in the foreign language section of a bookshop? if it is a wellknown book they might have it.
