No it's if something gets mentioned in three separate threads by three different people. The rule of three is grebt but nowadays everything gets its own thread anyway so it's fallen into relative disuse.

as in the wiccan version of karma? in wicca, whatever you do impacts you 3-fold because it affects your past, present, and future. to put it another way, because we are all the same soul (just in different incarnations) you will eventually have to experience whatever you do to anoher person AS that person, for good or bad. because, you know, we're all one and stuff.

unless you were talking about a DIFFERENT rule of 3, in which case, blah.
