Did your favorite singer become your best friend?

I became a fan of American country singer GINNY WRIGHT in the mid 80s when a German label reissued all her 50s recordings.Last year she discovered me on the Net as a fan who had uploded pix of her and we became penfriends.In June I stayed with her for a week in Georgia and put up an Egroups for her which now has over 70 members,a CD on sale from it and 100s of pix of the lady from a child to the present day.

i'm not bragging....she thought i was a complete fucking freak of nature and she wondered if she should shoot me.we still talk every now and then.the dresden dolls are going to be even bigger than the eight foot bride.she likes one of my songs...bordering on obsession....now that's bragging.but amanda's only my number two.my favorite singer is,of course barla cozulich.....there was a crazy mixup with my e-mail and somebody stole carlas' letters...of course i blamed carla....(wishful thinking).....needless to say....carla can't stand me anymore.
