Wine? I vote for shots of vodka and little half-pint cartons of chocolate milk.

cold melon soup? Better make that whiskey, and plenty of it, BEFORE the meal Tony

WHITE WINE TO SERVE WHITE NOT RED NOT SAKE WHITE !

look for "falanghina" or "greco di tufo" both excellent wines to serve fresh with fish . if you're looking forward a wine with a strong personality and taste "vernaccia di san gimignano" is good but I wouldn't suggest it for your menu . enjoy

francesco, Saturday, 25 August 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Thank You Francesco. Finally Someone ! what is the price range there.

anthony, Saturday, 25 August 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

white wines are usually less expensive than reds . it depends on the wine producer (casa) available over there . those three wines have all a strong tradition(falanghina&greco from naples, vernaccia from tuscany) so there are very pricey bottles around . there are some good french ones around but I prefer red wine from france. let me know if it worked.

Well if you're not going to do the shots of vodka at least the little cartons of milk?

Josh, Saturday, 25 August 2001 00:00 (twenty-four years ago)

White wine with green food coloring to match I say.
