I swear to all fuck, I'm not lying. I'm amazed that I'm not lying, but I'm not lying. We got free champagne at Pomodoro's, even. The waiter was very excited. Steph's already inviting this guy she's interested in to the wedding. My mom is going to BEAT MY ASS.

I'm thinking Spring 2003, which seems like a long engagement (a year and a half), but I wanna get married in the spring but this coming one is too soon for me. We might just switch to fall 2002. I haven't really thought out this detail entirely yet.

Congrats Ally! I don't see anything wrong with a long engagement. :) I've been engaged over a year and a half now, and we still haven't even set a date. Well, Otis, as long as you wear the rest of the monkey suit, you can wear any type of tie you want. My maid of honor has already gone on record as stating that she wants to wear both roses and butterflies in her hair, and also wants her entire body painted for the occasion. It's going to be one hell of a wedding picture. I also have decided, because Steph WON'T STOP TALKING ABOUT THIS (you'd think she was marrying him), that I am going to pair you off with Megan in the wedding party. You can finally have your Katie Holmes dream girl.

Shouldn't you put a link to a photo of you with your fiance? And are you going to say to people now 'this is my fiance'? Or will you not introduce him that way, but say to other people when he's not there 'my fiance isn't going to be coming', or would you only say that to shop assistants and taxi drivers? Once I told a taxi driver I was married for some reason.
