I sometimes go months at a time without alcohol and don't think anything of it. Then I 'flip the script' and imbibe multiple alcoholic beverages multiple times/week over the course of multiple weeks. This seems to be a very effective means of ensuring that booze does the thing that booze does so well without ever (or hardly ever) allowing it to overstay is its welcome.Guess which side of the see-saw I'm on atm! Just guess!
