Hospital Food

As you may know I have recently come out of hospital, and have had to put up with some of the worst catering seen this side of those kids who eat mud. Without any alcohol to wash it down too. Has anyone, ever eaten anything nice in a hospital - or what is the lowest of the low.

St Thomas's by the way. Cheers for visiting.

yeh, i was going to bring you some CDs in *ducks*

the food in Bradford Royal Infirmary last year wasn't too bad. aslthough the doctor, rather haughtily, called me an intellectual because i was reading Candide. He was then threatened by a geordie builder , although i think the circumstances were unrelated

Well alls for the best in this best of all possible worlds.

I can't answer this question for obvious reasons.

I've eaten lots of nice things. The trick is to visit somebody you know can't eat stuff, buy something nice and then go oh I forgot and they say oh it's the thought that counts, and you gobble it down.

Actually I don't do this but if I take someone grapes I'll usually have a few.

When I went into hospital, it was to have wisdom teeth out, de facto Tom ate all the food. It irritated hugely, actually - I went into hospital healthy like, and came out with a face like an engorged hamster.

Ugh. Happily my wisdom teeth experience was far happier.
