well, did make the mistake of being a passenger in a car driven by someone on acid, from Buckley, North Wales to Bradford (about 80-100 miles?)

also, when hitching, got picked up by joyriders who were fucked up and told me "we're all going to die" and then stopped dead in the outer lane of the M1.

My friend hitch-hiked home after a night out. A taxi picked him up. He got a free taxi for the mile that he was going to walk anyway.

Ok, here's one; while under the influence of many cocktails, and my new VW Golf, I was on a parkway, and decided to see how fast I could go. Got to about 120mph, when I lost control of the car, and it did 2 complete 180 degree spins. After spinning, the car was still heading straight in the same direction! I quickly pulled over and had a small heart attack.

Here's another one. After many, many cocktails, driving home and suddenly felt quite ill. Pulled over to throw up, when a cop pulls up behind me. He asks what's wrong, talks to me for minute, and for whatever reason doesn't realize I'm totally drunk and sick. He bids me goodnight, I drive another half mile, then get out and throw up.

Not proud to admit this, but once I was driving through Wyoming at about 90 MPH with the back seat piled high with empty bottles when I got pulled over, and the state trooper let me off when I told him I was Canadian.

I got a DUI with a BAC of .10, which may have been the least drunk I've ever been while driving. I don't do it anymore though.
