destroy: papaya

Of course, these all have to be in their proper ripeness to be any good.

there's a Turkish greengrocers on my walk home from the station selling quinces. I only had quince once and i loved it, I may have to get one on the way home and stew it.

Wow - I've been consuming Alternative Fruit all these years and never realized it. I am finally into the "Alternative" movement! Yes! Oh, I am so happy! I think I'll go eat a pomegranete, followed by some plantains, and topped-off with a tropicl fruit salad starring pineapple, star-fruit, passion fruit, kiwi's, fresh coconut, mango, papaya, mandarin oranges, tangelos, and key limes.

I'm going to try some sapodilla today. maybe a custard apple too! had some jackfruit the other day, was very good! like a more pungent banana.
