I'm not sure he's my favorite, but Iron Chef Morimoto (Japanese) is a badass. Who else can make a dish out of sliced bamboo, Heinz ketchup, and hot dog buns (I'm not making this up!!!) and still win?! Also, Korn called him, "The Andy Warhol of food" (or something like that). Heheh...Korn.
