Wind Noises

i'm at gf's flat all alone and i can hear the wind passing through the airvents and its making this bizarre sound like depressed bagpipes - dud obviously, but it just got me thinking about the 'mood' of wind depending on whats its passing through e.g. cool breeze rushing through willow trees is one of my favourite sounds ever, but wind always sounds awful in urban or desolate areas it seems...

anyway, no fart jokes please

oh go on then

I went to the loo yesterday evening and my senior manager was in the next cubicle. She was tinkling away and I was stifling a giggle, as I was thinking about the whether the tinkle of senior manager wee sounded different to normal wee. Anyway, it went quite and I was just about to open the cubicle door when she farted. Ha! I heard the most professional and fear-inducing woman I know blow one!

er, how did you know it was your senior manager? was it only after they emerged from said cubicle with you standing there applauding perhaps?

emerged from said cubicle with you

Um, we weren't in the same cubicle. I work for a bank not Hot-Lez-Consulting.

What would Hot Lez Consulting actually entail? Would it be a wank line or an all-sapphic air conditioning units retail warehouse?

I like the sound of the wind rattling against the windows and through the trees.

I'd do what I do now except I'd lez up more.

Lara (Lara), Friday, 7 March 2003 15:02 (twenty-three years ago)

i'd prefer Hot Les Consulting, cohesive solutions provided by Mr Dennis and Mr Dawson both wearing multipe layers

A windy night blowing tree branches around = great. A Santa Ana wind, all warm and weird and wild = fantastic. Pity about the fires, though.

I hate breezes and winds. The feeling of the air rushing about my face drives me insane.

In class yesterday there was a loud moaning coming from outside and the professor was like "what's that?" It seemed like the room was haunted.

But, extreme dud when making field recordings and the wind blows on the microphones. I need to get some kind of wind shield.
