I've been extremely stressed out lately, just because I'm adjusting to life with a mortgage (not mine, I'll note). I've had kind of a hell week with tons of work (French author and buggerypokery sorting out translator, Kills interview moving around my diary, phoners with really cool Iranian comix grrrls) yada yada but friend has just arrived totake me to club so maybe a chillout soon come...

Why not do that thing they always tell you to do at work, ie. take a 20 minute break from sitting staring at the PC every hour. I've never actually tried it though.
