I just ran it on my dad's fancy adsl win b0x, and it identified 17 data miner apps that he'd picked up whilst int3rw3b surfing! I think this prog is pretty much essential.

yep, i dont think it can get round the KaZaa spyware though can it? mind you i dont seem to be having problems with that lately. i need something that blocks the opening of pop-up windows now - Ad-Aware probably does this as well.

not that i'm aware of. many browsers offer this nowadays, and i'm sure there are many other progs to do it. pretty sure ad-aware only deals with cleaning house.

Oh god yes, I use Ad Aware all the time. Someone who's had a computer for a while and never used will be amazed at all the crap this thing finds.
