I just saw a bit of the Red Nose Day telethon, with Vic & Bob doing their "magic". Suprisingly I quite enjoyed it, despite the fact that they were just recycling old material and that they died on their arses, which made it a bit embarrassing to watch.

Anyway, did you do any charidee stuff for Red Nose Day?

I wore my Red Nose with pride today (for a short while, anyway - they haven't yet succeeded in making one which is comfortable enough to wear for more than five minutes). I didn't do anything particularly silly, but just made on online donation.

I saw the Harry Potter and The Chamber Pot of Secrets on telly just now, and it made me laugh. I liked Basil Brush cast as Dobby the house elf telling Jeremy Irons that he had also been Gollum in LOTR. Excellent.

I was going to start a "red nose day: classic or dud" since they are foisting this on the US now. "They" being NBC and Walgreens.
