Don't Be Afraid of the Dark: Anybody Here Remember It?

Since I've been on a horror movie kick recently, I was thinking about this TV movie from the 70s, and how genuinely creepy I remember it being when I saw it as a kid. Anyway, I was curious so I perused the imdb's comments section, and was somewhat amused to see it seems like a mass PTSD-testimonial for all who saw it as children.

Though I'm sure it would probably be laughable to watch as an adult, I still wish they'd release it on DVD. C'mon Anchor Bay! Save the day!!

I vaguely remember it (I think); was it about these little evil people that lived in somebodys house or something? they couldn't stand light? Was the last scene the one where some lady was being dragged to her death and using the flash on her camera to drive away the evil and then she eventually runs out of flash bulbs?

Heh, I thought of "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" too. It was terrible but I used to watch it.
