If you can read ILx, you can do this. I know it's corny, and the ILx unemployment rate seems to be about 65%, but I think it's more than appropriate.

Bushadmin and USmil are leaving the humanitarian crisis to charities and NGOs, already stretched from 9/11 and Afghanistan. They are not sanguine about the coming situation in Iraq. They need money BEFORE the refugees start to show up on CNN.

note to Americans: there is no direct checkoff for the Iraq fund. The "iraq response" seems to be for AFES, the Armed Forces Emergency Services ie what the Red Cross does for the US Military. (I'm not denigrating that work in the slightest but it may not be what you're looking for)
