if it's buffness solely for vanity, a sort of overselfconscious "i'm so hott" sort of attitude that some people have...dud.
working out to be healthier, to feel strong, or from the enjoyment of working out, and looking buff as a product of that=very cool in either sex. or just from working--I was in great shape when I was waitressing, and carrying heavy trays of food up and down stairs.
it just feels good to be using yr muscles somehow. but i'm one of those freaks that thinks of post-workout soreness as a feeling of accomplishment.
