I'm not into it. Most of it is sprayed with pesticides, plus there's something about it that affects brain function like Alzheimer's.

The whole soy craze comes from the myth that you won't be getting enough protein without meat, so you need some substitute standard hunk of protein. 'Tis bullshit.

Oops, actually, not only are the soy crops sprayed, but I think after it's all clumped in tofu form, it's covered with a chemical wash that keeps bugs away and preserves it.
