The second link obviously presumes that you are not trying to compensate for inadequate sleep with coffee.

(Actually, caffeine after a certain hour in the day does interfere with optimal sleep, but once again this assumes that your day includes enough hours for adequate sleep.)

air and water both contain significant amts of OXYGEN, which yr body uses => AIR AND WATER ARE OXIDANTS. avoid them, drink coffee/tea/tequila instead. and if they don't anti-oxidise you at least y'll DIE HAPPY!
