You'd think it would taste about the same, but it doesnt. Its crap. Ill leave that in the cabinet for my french toast...definately not for coffee.

But isnt it just crushed sugar?! Fuck.

Life is so damn difficult.

If it was all the same, then it wouldn't come in different bags, now would it?

here's a hint: put bakers chocolate in your coffee now

Actually, one morn I ran out of sugar, and thought "Sod it, I'll have it without" and never did again...

I only use powdered sugar when we make beignets. Because it's the thing to do, not because I like it especially.

I would have that it would have worked for coffee too though (not that I put sugar in my coffee).

Mark, you never had coffee with sugar or without sugar again?

Jordan (Jordan), Friday, 9 January 2004 15:48 (twenty-two years ago)

i recently learned you can use kurkuma instead of saffron: cheaper and the same effect!

nathalie (nathalie), Friday, 9 January 2004 15:51 (twenty-two years ago)

Never With sugar again.

It was great. I've always liked my coffee, suddenly all the capucino's / lattes/ instant/ ground / Alta Rica / Cap colomb / etc, all tasted different and new.

Recommended...

See, there's coffee I drink for the flavour, and then coffee I drink for whoop-whoop. Whoop-whoop needs sugar.

Huckleberry Mann (Horace Mann), Friday, 9 January 2004 15:52 (twenty-two years ago)

If I sold t-shirts that said "WHOOP-WHOOP NEEDS SUGAR", who would buy one?

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Friday, 9 January 2004 15:58 (twenty-two years ago)

nathalie (nathalie), Friday, 9 January 2004 15:59 (twenty-two years ago)

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Friday, 9 January 2004 16:00 (twenty-two years ago)

Huckleberry Mann (Horace Mann), Friday, 9 January 2004 16:00 (twenty-two years ago)

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Friday, 9 January 2004 16:01 (twenty-two years ago)

Ha. *groans*

I've only put sugar in my coffee maybe five times ever, and I've never liked it (well, once or twice it was okay when I was at a nice restaurant with real sugar cubes that begged to be used).

Jordan (Jordan), Friday, 9 January 2004 16:10 (twenty-two years ago)

I guess I wasnt clear. I didnt put the powdered sugar in there because i thought it was a 'great and innovative' idea. I did it because i had no regular sugar. Fuck.

And since this happened to me this morning, my day has been shot. Im a twitching ball of rage. I figured i was going to get myself in trouble at work, so i gave myself the rest of the day off.

Fuck work. And fuck coffee with no sugar. Whoop whoop!
