I use Hogwasher. Hasn't been updated in a while, but it does what I want it to do rather well (download and assemble binaries, mainly).

I've been using Thoth since the beginning. Handles mega-binary downloads just fine.

Asar finally released version 4 of Hogwasher which looks like it could be the best one of the lot. Of course it's also the most expensive.
