It's OK if you like mildly amusing old skool EMAPesque rock music anecdotes, lists etc. It's not for me, but I don't really think of it as a work of Satan or anything

I really liked Select as a teenager and wish it was still around. But even if it's any good, I can face Word just cos of the smugness of that Mark Ellen guy, and articles about how Belle and Sebastian are this Scottish band, right, who used not to do interviews, and so on. Somehow I found the RV funny until I started receiving it.

I have only just discovered, from Ulysses, that "DV" means something else to Catholics.

I wonder whether this affected the DV's use of his initials.
