welp for a start i don't actually believe it's going anywhere. and even if it's all true there'll be somewhere new soon enough. the melbourne band and gig scene is too much of a seething hotbed of sexual frustration and infighting for there not to be something like mono around.

To be honest I'd never even heard of mono.net until it was mentioned by someone here (Mikey I think) some months back. I'm perfectly happy theres a whole "scene" out there that's totally passed me by.
