This is hard! Hard like diamonds! Let's pool our resources, and donate the $150 to ILX, yeah?

AF, why are your posts invisible to the naked eye?

Enriq (Enrique), Wednesday, 28 January 2004 12:26 (twenty-two years ago)

To allow people with big branes to come up with the answer themselves. Those are just off Google, which is neither big nor clever.

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Wednesday, 28 January 2004 12:28 (twenty-two years ago)

"legacies of Venice, Berlin, Cannes, and Toronto film festivals in toto"

First of all, I'd hardly consider the Toronto Film Festival a "legacy", and what does this have to do with Toto? The dog? The band?

Rob Bolton (Rob Bolton), Wednesday, 28 January 2004 12:32 (twenty-two years ago)

10 - they are all men. easy!

Rob Bolton (Rob Bolton), Wednesday, 28 January 2004 12:33 (twenty-two years ago)

18. Atanarjuuat is one of them.

I'm tempted to say Kevin Bacon for #6 but that would be too funny to be true.

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Wednesday, 28 January 2004 16:29 (twenty-two years ago)

16. is the USA surely?

But that was "lack of artistic merit" combined with contentious material, like sex. Of course this might be Village Voice's idea of subtle humour.

There are more than one film in Sami, I think. And the language is still used by the Sami people in Finland, Sweden and Norway.
