scott seward (scott seward), Friday, 30 January 2004 16:38 (twenty-two years ago)

Just imagine John Kerry coming over to the car wash to check out Kirsten Dunst's rack and...uh, never mind.

Kerry (dymaxia), Friday, 30 January 2004 17:01 (twenty-two years ago)

That poster makes me chew maniacally on my own tongue. Thank god I'm not catholic because I have bad, evil thoughts every time I see it.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Friday, 30 January 2004 17:03 (twenty-two years ago)

how about this for a slogan:

KERRY-The only time HE screams is when he's killing Vietnamese people. And he hasn't had to do that for a long, long time.

maybe that's too long. how about this:

KERRY-He may look like a monument carved out of the side of a mountain, but rest assured he can shake a tailfeather with the best of them if neccessary, y'all.

(that last one is for the undecided south carolina voters under the age of 30)

maybe that's too long as well. how about this:

Kerry-What else are you gonna fuckin' do? I mean it's either my loser ass or the devil, right?

scott seward (scott seward), Friday, 30 January 2004 17:36 (twenty-two years ago)

i officially like kephm now. and i wish that dean, edwards, or clark looked like heat miser then it would be all set!

Eisbär (llamasfur), Friday, 30 January 2004 17:40 (twenty-two years ago)

Him and Alistair Fame Accadmey. Who also came in second, IIRC.

The River Kate (kate), Friday, 30 January 2004 17:45 (twenty-two years ago)

Have we had a president with quite as girlie a name as "Kerry"?

Johnson, Lincoln, (2) Roosevelt, Grant... no, I think "Kerry" is possibly the girliest, even more girlie than "Kennedy". (Why are Irish names so girlie?)

andy, Friday, 30 January 2004 18:00 (twenty-two years ago)

cuz of the troubles

cinniblount (James Blount), Friday, 30 January 2004 18:03 (twenty-two years ago)

so um, everyone get's he's using bush's ol' tagline right?

cinniblount (James Blount), Friday, 30 January 2004 18:03 (twenty-two years ago)

"President Kerry" sounds like a singing satirist at a Sunday night drag show in Carbondale, Illinois.

andy, Friday, 30 January 2004 18:06 (twenty-two years ago)

I see you caught my act!

Kerry (dymaxia), Friday, 30 January 2004 18:10 (twenty-two years ago)

"Unfortunately Denny boy, you have no fuckin chance."

Chris V (Chris V), Friday, 30 January 2004 18:23 (twenty-two years ago)

was "Let's Roll" already taken by Clark?

scott seward (scott seward), Friday, 30 January 2004 18:24 (twenty-two years ago)

bush said "bring it on" to piss off terrorists right? to make them try and kill u.s. soldiers? cuz he didn't think that they would have the guts? why would a democratic candidate want to be associated with that?

scott seward (scott seward), Friday, 30 January 2004 18:26 (twenty-two years ago)

I think it's some kind of half-assed attempt to "reclaim" the term, nevermind the fact that the term wasn't his to begin with.

anthony kyle monday (akmonday), Friday, 30 January 2004 18:28 (twenty-two years ago)

Chris V (Chris V), Friday, 30 January 2004 18:31 (twenty-two years ago)

Who first coined "Bring it On?" Mr. T in the Rocky movie?

andy, Friday, 30 January 2004 18:31 (twenty-two years ago)

i think he should clarify. his slogan should be:

KERRY-Bring It On, but not in the way that Bush meant when he was taunting disgruntled Iraqis. More in the sense that you should give me all you've got if you plan to beat me beacause i'm going to give it all I'VE got in my quest for the democratic nomination and later if all goes well the presidency of the united states!

scott seward (scott seward), Friday, 30 January 2004 19:04 (twenty-two years ago)

KERRY: Bring on it!
