Anyone here suffer from temporary agoraphobia?

Recently, if I stay in for the day at the weekend I can find myself begin to dread going out to the shops,or stepping out of the flat. But I can snap out of this mood easily and it's forgotten as soon as I return to work.

I'm not depressed as far as I know. What's going on?

If I stare at the sky for too long I get worried that I'll fall into it and just keep falling.

To answer yr question, yes, I used to suffer from it a couple of years back, but I think the amount of stress I was exposed to had a lot to do with the fact. It went away once my situation bettered, so I don't know what to tell you apart from that.

are you a stoner? i think true agoraphobia would mean you would't make it to work. my elder cat is agoraphobic. once he escaped house & just ran around the ede of the house 20 times until we caught him

I remember one particular dread-filled day of spliffed-up paranoia when I bought a jar of spaghetti sauce I didn't like because it seemed less conspicuous.
