A controversial decision maybe, but Ione Skye has to be one of the ten hottest women ever. So does Kim Basinger of course, but Ione is just that wee bit hotter and thus nodges her out by a couple of points. Shazza barely gets a look in because, hot as she is, Jeanne Tripplehorn was much cuter in "Basic Instinct".
