Happened last week. Man offended by variance levied by town administrators spent months, maybe years, railing about it. Ran muffler shop and was excellent welder, so spent months turning his bulldozer into the equivalent of things the Wehrmacht used on the Russian front like the Ferdinand or the Rammtiger, except without the cannon. It was a clever piece of engineering; he had worked up a mounted camera system so that he could enclose the cockpit, except for gunports.

The locals found it completely impervious to small arms fire. It also resisted explosive charges, like any good heavy armored fighting vehicle. The locals had no access to depleted uranium 200+ mm calibre ammunition, shaped charges or penetrating artillery rounds. Quite a fellow, if nuts. But I guess his heart wasn't in it because he failed to completely raize the town, and he obviously had the technical capability to do so.
