What would you unconditionally guarantee?

What item would you recommend to any group of non-cockfarmers with the promise that if they purchased it and didn't enjoy it, you would refund their money?

(it is understood for the purposes of this question that ILX is not yet entirely cockfarmer-free, and so any recommendation here does not constitute such a promise.)
