as Tom Tomorrow points out, this shockingly comes right after Kerry attacked Bush on Aug 11th over blocking drug imports from the Great White North.

and don't forget folks, 'twas Tom Ridge himself who declared that "We don't do politics in the Department of Homeland Security"...
