I AM A BOY

Yes. They were my size. And they were from Structure, which means they were probably $50.

Clothing items I will buy online: socks, underwear, t-shirts, undershirts, sweaters.

Bought: cool overpriced jackets and t-shirts. Yet happy about it.

I feel very nervous in clothing stores, so ebay is very good for me.

Classic, no salespeople to bother me.

miloauckerman (miloauckerman), Wednesday, 18 August 2004 23:56 (twenty-one years ago)

I buy lots of stuff online. Very dud when things don't fit. Classic when they provide free shipping for exchanges though...

i would never buy a piece of clothing without trying it on first!

s1ocki (slutsky), Thursday, 19 August 2004 00:56 (twenty-one years ago)

maybe that means i'm on the wrong side of the "digital divide"

zappos.com is an amazing site

maura (maura), Thursday, 19 August 2004 01:00 (twenty-one years ago)

It's so much easier though! And sometimes you know just your size and it's super easy and then you get a package in the mail that kinda seems like a present, which is more fun and less tiring than shopping and lugging home bags.

JuliaA (j_bdules), Thursday, 19 August 2004 01:04 (twenty-one years ago)

I dunno. I have gone to stores that sell jeans and forever have bought 34 - 32s. Recently, in a rush I just picked some off of the rack and purchased them without trying them on. They didn't come close to fitting me right which required a trip back and then all the choice sizes were gone, of course.

Couldn't this happen on line as well? I'm all for presents, though.

jim wentworth (wench), Thursday, 19 August 2004 01:45 (twenty-one years ago)

Maybe you need to go to one of those sites where you push your butt up against a screen and they send you the perfect pair of jeans in return.

adam. (nordicskilla), Thursday, 19 August 2004 01:46 (twenty-one years ago)

omg that exists??

although i would need a bigger monitor :(

maura (maura), Thursday, 19 August 2004 01:55 (twenty-one years ago)

they're having a sale at bluefly.com now! Also I am thinking about ordering a duvet from Overstock.com, they have some neat stuff.
