I've always wanted to go to Cambridge but perhaps not as part of a week-long business conference. Help me people, what is there to do? (I don't think the weather (or Lara) is up to punting along the Cam every evening for a week.)

Good vegetarian restaurant oppositie trinity college. Otherwise the best thing about cambridge is that it's less than an hour from London.

bookstores of course, and art galleries, and lots of places to go cottaging if you are a homosexual who likes mancock, which i doubt you are.

I dunno, you could run wild with part of Anthony's description and some scurrilous rumors.

DAMMIT x-post.

I am fairly certain JVDB totally likes the mancock (or at least did at one point in his life)

Lara (Lara), Thursday, 26 August 2004 07:54 (twenty-one years ago)

Hi Lara! go to the footie, they have great pies there, I mean really good, I ate two in half time, (and may have had a burger beforehand)

I'm sure there are some good pubs somewhere.

Hopkins, Carsmile and I went to a rather nice art gallery which was a little way out of town which had some interesting stuff.

also, lots of remainder bookshops.
