I was at this gallery reception the other day and my friend said, "look what I can do!" and she held out her arm and rotated her wrist and said "look my elbow doesn't move! isn't that freaky?" but I think it's just totally normal. I didn't show her that I could do it, too.

I have oddly flexible hips and can do this uber-yogi thing where you pull both feet up and over your head and roll back so that you're using your feet/ankles as a little pillow thing. I can also stand on one leg with the other leg behind my head, albeit a bit wobbly.

I cannot do the splits or any other uber-yogi tricks.
