Dear Americans Abroad,
All US citizens living outside of the United States have the right to vote in federal elections, but time is running out for us to request absentee ballots. Given the registration deadlines in many states, and allowing for postal delays, we strongly encourage everyone to complete and mail their requests BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK (mid-September).
A new web site makes completing the necessary form easier than ever before:
http://www.OverseasVote2004.com/
Several news stories have recently emphasized that Americans living abroad will be critical to this year's elections given how close so many states are in Senate and House races as well as in the vote for the Presidency. We can all make a very important contribution to victory in November by requesting our own absentee ballots and contacting all of our American friends living outside of the US to do the same. The next seven days may be the most important.
Please forward this message to any Americans you know living outside of the United States and then, if you have not done so already, request your absentee ballot by visiting the www.OverseasVote2004.com website.
Thank you,

I did it!
I had a postal form but the perforations got ripped so I got paranoid about sending it.
Ever so worried about which way my state will swing this year.
