I naively bought liquid acid from a hustler when I was about 18. Of course, the guy he got if from was "kinda uptight" so I waited in the park for his return. With hindsight, I think he put some Visine in a contact lens case, but it took us two hours of waiting for the "tracers" before we'd realized it was a burn.

FYI - NEVER, EVER give your money to anyone who cannot produce the goods in front of you.
