I actually am Smiffy. Magnus got in an awful lot of trouble on Friday starting a sentence "You know the Bash Street Kids..." - for which me and Tom could happily torture him for hours substituting "well you look like Plug" to obscure his actual rather arcane point. Ho ho.

That article has a lot of scenic descriptions of Preston. I feel homesick! Ho hum I never particularly liked the Bash St Kids anyway but on a vaguely related note which one of us is POSH enuff to be Lord Snooty?

The thing I never got about the Bash Street Kids was what was the point of Wilfred? It's like, yeah, I'll have a stupid kid, an ugly kid, a fat kid, a swotty kid, a cool kid, the cool kid's sister, a spotty kid and another cool kid. Oh hold on - what about a kid with a jumper up to his nose - can't forget him!
