nine years pass...

I went to The Target today to buy, among other things, a new slotted spoon cause my old one broke while making a pot of vegetable soup last week. Anyway, the spoon I bought was a Giada De Laurentiis™ signature model. I thought "Laurentiis" might've been a typo but it turns out that's actually how her last name is spelled.

Have not yet used the new spoon.
