Ok, so I'm trying to make ye olde table of contents, but it keeps only listing the headings on the first page of the document. There are no formatting differences between the ones on that page and the others. What gives?

(If you help me out w/r/t I might tell you under what odd circumstances I've gotten myself into the situation of having to do this - it involves SADDO CRUSHES. You like Saddo Crushes, don't you ILX?)

Is it possible your first page has, say Heading 1 level headings and subsequent pages are Heading 2 or higher and the TOC options are set to Heading 1 only? You should go into the Options of the TOC window and make sure all heading levels that you want to appear are checked.

Or is there some weird page break between the first page and the second? Or is the document the product of joining two Word docs together where the second one is from a different version of Word?
