all me get is runtime error and blank pop up screens. Need open links. Why no work?

what computer do you have? maybe your machine doesn't have something to help run Javascript on your browser? Most browsers usually come with something, but sometimes they are disabled(?)

search for a free download of CSJS somewhere..(Client side Javascript).. dependent on your browser I imagine.

are you writing these javascript opens (if so post the code) or are other people's popups not working? your browser (which browser?) should come with javascript but it's configurable (browser settings) and a lot of people disable javascript and/or popup windows these days as it's annoying / dangerous.
