Kenneth Williams surely has one of the most distinctive voices. It's certainly up there with my favorites. Same with Marilyn Monroe.

Surely depends on what sort of Scottish accent? Worst accent ever heard on a Scottish person = Roisin from River City. I was shocked to hear her on the radio being interviewed and discovering that she actually talked like that and it wasn't just bad acting.
