The Cadenhead/Winer RSS lawsuit wars!

there was a time that i respected what winer had to say... but as time goes on, it's harder and harder to care.

that anybody gets to be a millionaire for such obvious ideas only to become clutchy and grabby over small change, is even worse.

it reaffirms my cynical feelings about the industry at large. it's all a popularity contest.

Winer - pissing off every programmer on the Internet, one at a time! Like msp, I used to take note of what he said, but since 2002 and the RSS 2.0 nightmare, it's much safer to point and laugh. And stay well away, obviously.
