how to improve my remniscence

i, myself vicky, i am an indian, i am doing my B.Tech. from one of the reputed insitute in india. but last few months(about 7-8 months) i am feeling a continuous degredation in my remniscence. i was very in studies as i was able to grasp the things just in one reading but now a days it become just like impossible to remember so easy things even after reading a lots of times. Moreover, my concentration level is also degraded in this span of time. What should i do? if this continue i will either become mad or i will sicide? Please help me

Hi Vicky

Are you finding your studies difficult or stressful, or do you have any other things going on in your life which are tough right now? Sometimes dealing with stress can make it difficult for us to absorb information. Try and make time for leisure activities, to balance things out a bit. Like frittering the hours away posting on an internet message board! (This works for me)
