Haha, mine are far worse. CSS, RSS, XML; all of that can eat a dick. So unnecessary.

Webmaster Chiefguru Eragoneby, Thursday, 23 March 2006 17:42 (twenty years ago)

Well even old standards are ok as long as you FOLLOW them!

R.I.P. West Village Bird Shaman ]-`: (ex machina), Thursday, 23 March 2006 17:46 (twenty years ago)

Do you even know what RSS is?

Casuistry (Chris P), Thursday, 23 March 2006 17:52 (twenty years ago)

syndicated feed for your news-type shit. who needs that?

Webmaster Chiefguru Eragoneby, Thursday, 23 March 2006 17:54 (twenty years ago)

Well even old standards are ok as long as you FOLLOW them!

Now, by "follow," do you mean dicking around in various programs and then copying + pasting the code into BBEDIT and mass-deleting spacing errors in the code and then copying the code back into dreamweaver and praying it works cross-platform? Because if that's what you mean, then, yes I couldn't agree more!

Webmaster Chiefguru Eragoneby, Thursday, 23 March 2006 17:56 (twenty years ago)

Is the troll trying to piss me off becuase he knows I hate BBEdit or because I hate bad HTML?

R.I.P. West Village Bird Shaman ]-`: (ex machina), Thursday, 23 March 2006 18:20 (twenty years ago)

The "troll" was making fun of his own ineptitude. But, if it pisses you off, I can't help that. Wait, yes I can. I offer the following advice: Loosen up. Start with removing the cork from your butthole.

Webmaster Chiefguru Eragoneby, Thursday, 23 March 2006 18:22 (twenty years ago)

Wait, how are you not a troll?

R.I.P. West Village Bird Shaman ]-`: (ex machina), Thursday, 23 March 2006 18:30 (twenty years ago)

I'm fine, thank you. And you?

Webmaster Chiefguru Eragoneby, Thursday, 23 March 2006 18:36 (twenty years ago)

It's like Goofus and Gallant. (Jon being Gallant, Webmaster being high on BloggerFuel.)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Thursday, 23 March 2006 18:49 (twenty years ago)

Everybody plays the fool. Ooohwa. No exception to the rule. Ohnonono.

Webmaster Chiefguru Eragoneby, Thursday, 23 March 2006 18:50 (twenty years ago)

Ha, a web standards Goofus and Gallant would be really funny.

R.I.P. West Village Bird Shaman ]-`: (ex machina), Thursday, 23 March 2006 19:25 (twenty years ago)

Foreign policy Goofus & Gallant.

Btw, notice who gets first billing.

"Goofus laughs at a funeral. Gallant pretends to cry."

Webmaster Chiefguru Eragoneby, Thursday, 23 March 2006 19:28 (twenty years ago)
