It is okay to be attracted to cartoon characters. The problem here is that Family Guy is the shittiest cartoon ever, so your boyfriend's taste is extremely suspect. Naturually, this reflects worse on you than him.

Cartoons are drawn by guys who draw cartoons = the women are ridiculous hot. E.g. there is a Family Guy episode with nudists that contains an image of Lois's ass that is like JEEZ: some dude obviously had a REALLY good time inking that one.

Lois is a sensible horndog with a butt, I can understand the appeal.

Tantrum OTM. It's actually my Simpsons geekdom that makes me appreciate Family Guy. I'd rather see tossed off & random culture jokes & crudeness from characters I haven't seen do much better, esp. when they've got a better sense of pacing than the past-prime show. It's admittedly derivative but its not like the season 16 writers of the Simpsons did seasons 5-8.

Lois didn't actually look all that different in the episode where she was a coked out model. It made me wonder. Lois isn't bad looking but she has a weird knows. If yr boif liked Velma from Scooby Doo, you know you'd have some corny indie fuxor on your hands. Or alternately, he could be slobbering over Heavy Metal mag covers. Lois is not a bad pick for a cartoon crush.

Haha. In that same episode Leela goes to dive in after Bender into the lava and she starts pulling the already barely-there leotard off til you just start to see boobage... and then the Prof starts yelling "professor! me! listen! lava hot!".

I love that episode.
